New to Grow
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania, working and living under the Arizona sun. I feel deeply connected to the community I grew up in and remain committed to serving clients in Pennsylvania. I began my undergraduate studies at William Paterson University of New Jersey, where I played Division III soccer. Balancing academics, athletics, and life responsibilities gave me firsthand insight into the challenges young adults face, furthering my interest in mental health. After graduation, my work in drug and alcohol counseling revealed the impact of trauma and inspired me to pursue a master’s degree in Community and Trauma Counseling at Jefferson University–East Falls. Shortly after graduating from Jefferson, I became a licensed professional counselor which is one of my most proudest achievements.
A first session can feel a little intimidating, so I try to keep things relaxed and conversational. We’ll talk about what’s been going on for you, what’s been feeling heavy or stuck, and what you’re hoping might feel different. We’ll navigate the first session in a more collaborative and conversational style. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling a little more comfortable, a little more understood, and with a sense of what working together could look like. For couples: I’ll spend time hearing from both of you. My role is to create a space where both people feel heard and supported. We’ll also start identifying patterns in communication and areas we can begin working on together.
We’ll talk about the real, sometimes messy parts of your experience, but I’ll also help you make sense of it and figure out what to actually do with it. I’m supportive, but I’m also honest and will gently challenge patterns that might be keeping you stuck.
I discovered my passion for supporting young adults in transitional phases—building independence, exploring identity, forming healthy habits and relationships, etc. Not just limited to young adults, I enjoy working with adults in various stages of life, knowing that unresolved struggles from our “inner child” can surface even beyond young adulthood. I also have a strong interest in couples therapy, helping partners improve communication, strengthen connection, and navigate life’s challenges together.
Existential
My work is grounded in the existential approach, which means we explore the deeper questions that often sit underneath depression or anxiety—like meaning, identity, life transitions, and what it means to live a life that feels true to you. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we look at your experiences, your choices, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, so you can move toward a life that feels more aligned and intentional.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I use a solution-focused approach, which helps you build on what’s already working and take small, practical steps toward making the changes you want.
Couples Counseling
Many couples aren’t lacking love—they’re lacking the tools or shared understanding to navigate challenges. Therapy helps slow things down, make sense of those patterns, and create new ways of connecting that feel safer, clearer, and more intentional.
