I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, with a Master’s in Social Work from Temple University, Harrisburg. For the past 10 years, I have worked as a mental health therapist, providing support to individuals across a wide range of ages. I am passionate about helping individuals and families find practical, personalized tools to navigate challenges and build healthier relationships. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, person-centered, and tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
In our first session together, we’ll work on brief introductions, I’ll gather some background information, and then we’ll dive into the specific challenges you’re facing. This will help us create a tailored plan for us to work together in achieving your therapy goals. If you are seeking parent-child therapy (PCIT or PC-Care), I will do an observation session with you and your child within the first two sessions.
Having been certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, PC-Care, and being a Registered Play Therapist, I understand that individuals are a product of their environm My goal is to meet individuals where they're at and help tailor interventions that they feel are manageable and would work best for them. And if you just need a listening ear, I'm hear to listen and provide feedback based off of your needs and wants. I understand that you don't always just want someone to tell you what to do and that there is benefit in sharing personal information that you may feel you have no one else to share it with. I enjoy processing through situations with those that I work with.
I enjoy helping parents build stronger relationships with their children and provide them with tools to help their children decrease disruptive behaviors and build confidence. I also enjoy helping individuals navigate life transitions, and who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
