I’m a therapist who works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship patterns, and life transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware, and high-functioning, yet find themselves stuck in cycles of overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or patterns in relationships that don’t feel fulfilling. You may understand why you do what you do, but still feel unsure how to change it. In our work together, I focus on helping you connect the dots between your past experiences, current patterns, and the goals you have for your life. Through a collaborative and supportive process, we build both insight and practical tools so you can feel more grounded, confident, and in control. Over time, this work often leads to healthier relationships, improved emotional balance, and a stronger sense of self.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, trusting foundation. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping to get out of our work together. I’ll ask some questions about your background, current challenges, and any relevant history so I can better understand how to support you. There’s no expectation to share everything right away. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. You’re always in control of what and how much you share. We’ll also begin identifying initial goals and discuss how we might approach our work together. By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer sense of how I work and what the next steps might look like.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What makes my approach unique is the balance between insight and action. I don’t just help you understand why you feel or behave a certain way—I also give you practical tools to create real change. My work integrates evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, DBT, and attachment-focused therapy, allowing me to tailor our work to what actually fits you, rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone who feels stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward, even if they “look fine” on the outside. They may struggle with anxiety, overthinking, or patterns in relationships that don’t feel good but are hard to change. They’re open to learning more about themselves and ready to make meaningful changes, even if they’re not sure where to start.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop more helpful ways of thinking and responding. The goal is to give you practical tools you can use in your everyday life.

Trauma Informed Care

I use a trauma-informed approach to create a safe, supportive space where you feel respected and in control of your healing process. We move at your pace, with a focus on understanding how past experiences may be affecting you now and building skills to help you feel more grounded and secure.

Attachment-based

I use an attachment-based approach to help you understand how your early relationships may be shaping how you connect with others today. Together, we’ll explore patterns in your relationships and work toward building a greater sense of safety, trust, and connection.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Treatment focuses on increasing emotional stability, reducing maladaptive behaviors, and enhancing overall functioning through structured, skills-based interventions.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

In our work together, I use a solution-focused approach to highlight your strengths and the progress you may already be making. We’ll focus on what you want your life to look like and take small, meaningful steps to get there. I aim to keep our work forward-moving, practical, and empowering.
