Hello! My name is Anna, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have over 15 years providing therapy and support to children, teenagers, adults, and older adults throughout Pennsylvania.
My greatest therapeutic strengths are educating and advocating for my clients, in addition to developing confidence to communicate your own needs.
My experience includes many services such as, Outpatient Mental Health, Outpatient and Inpatient Addiction, School Based Therapy and Services, Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence, and Children and Adults of all genders and identities.
First session
No pressure, it is just a chat! We will develop an understanding for each other to determine if I’m a good fit for you and your needs. We will review the Intake paperwork and questionnaires then discuss next steps moving forward.

Your treatment interventions and methods will be determined after assessment is complete and your needs are discussed. I will present pathways to achieve your needs and goals for treatment. At the closing of your Intake, preliminary treatment interventions will be reviewed and discussed together for consideration. Therapy is for you and your treatment will be directed by you and supported by me.
