What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During the first session we will review your intake paper work and gather additional information's to develop a plan to tackle the issues that have brought you to seek therapy.

I incorporate a variety of experience in my practice. I have worked in the social and mental health services field for more then 10 years in community mental health, outpatient, school based, and inpatient settings. I have supported clients dealing with a range of mental health issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, self esteem, personality disorders, as well as severe and chronic mental health conditions such as schizophrenia. In my career I have worked with clients from age 3 to 72 and am currently accepting clients 15 and older. I serve individuals, couples, and families.

I support Clients in identifying and reframing of distorted thoughts that impact mood and interfere with success.

Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)

I provide psychoeducation related to ERP to guide clients in developing and plan to challenge and reduce anxiety based or OCD related fears.

Mind-body approach

I support clients in identifying mind/body connections to improve their overall health and wellbeing.
