She was a patient listener. (I had a lot to unpack) who validated my feelings, (which I have not had) presented some tough choices that I will have to make ,and laid the foundation for the tools she will give me to cope with my triggers and hopefully find my happiness again!

Jackie is fantastic. She validates my experience while challenging me to grow, and I feel so safe with her. I've seen a number of therapists over the years, and I believe she's the best I've found.
