As a working professional myself, I know how difficult it can be to find a physical or mental health provider that works "after hours." I aim to meet you where you are, and sometimes that means after work, after class, or after the kids are in bed! I offer sessions from 6:00pm to 11:00pm in order to best assist with tackling the demands of your busy day.
As we begin to know each other, I aim to create a collaborative partnership where we create goals that reflect your values, needs, and desires for growth. I will utilize your own perspective and words to define success, and focus on small, actionable steps, while revisiting goals regularly to adjust for progress and changing needs.
As a social worker by trade, I aim to meet you where you are. I foster a safe environment while promoting your autonomy - your therapy is for you! We will form a strong, warm, and collaborative relationship where you can effectively share your feelings and experience without judgment.
