If you're constantly trying to balance work, family, school, relationships, and everything in between, it can feel like there's never enough time—or energy—for yourself. You may look like you have everything together on the outside while privately feeling overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, or stuck. Sometimes, even when you know you need support, finding the time to prioritize your own well-being can feel like one more thing on an already overwhelming list.
As we begin to know each other, I aim to create a collaborative partnership where we create goals that reflect your values, needs, and desires for growth. Your therapy is for you! I will utilize your own perspective and words to define success, and focus on small, actionable steps, while revisiting goals regularly to adjust for progress and changing needs.
My goal is to provide a warm, judgment-free space where we can slow things down, understand what's keeping you stuck, and develop practical strategies that fit your actual life. And because finding time for therapy can be difficult, I offer convenient evening appointments from 5–10 PM. Whether you're coming in from work, after class, or once the kids are finally in bed, therapy should fit into your life—not create another thing you have to manage.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, major life transitions, burnout, relational and family stress, and the pressure that comes with trying to meet everyone's expectations. My clients appreciate having access to therapy during evening hours that fit around their work, school, and family responsibilities. I provide goals which are tailored to my clients, and offer person-specific structure for their individual sessions, with education surrounding their mental health needs. I am here to help you!

I use CBT to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—especially when anxiety, self-criticism, or overwhelming expectations start taking over. We'll identify patterns that aren't serving you and develop practical ways to respond differently.
DBT can be especially helpful when emotions feel intense or difficult to manage. We'll build practical skills for emotional regulation, boundaries, communication, and coping with stressful situations.
I have experience working with OCD and OCD-related concerns using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). We'll work collaboratively to reduce the power that intrusive thoughts, fears, and compulsive behaviors have over your daily life.
