My practice involves virtual and remote therapy, including live video sessions to accommodate each person's level of comfort. We will spend the first sessions exploring the background and history which brings you to the courageous point of asking for help. I offer flexible daytime and evening hours based on your needs. I will help you explore the difficulties that you are experiencing and will discuss practical solutions to help you move forward in achieving your goals.

I pride myself in creating a safe space for individuals to explore the difficulties which bring them to therapy in the first place. I am direct and goal oriented, helping you define the troubles you are experiencing and most importantly, how you would like things to be and what is getting in the way. We explore together your goals and desires, and practice skills with perseverance as we move towards the Best You possible.
