You’re high-functioning — and secretly hanging by a thread. I help strong, successful women break free from burnout, self-doubt, and relentless pressure — fast. Using REBT, cognitive restructuring, and somatic techniques, we’ll challenge the beliefs that keep you stuck, rewire how you respond to stress, and reconnect you to calm, clarity, and confidence. No fluff. Just real, sustainable change — from the inside out.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Starting (or resuming) therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’ve been holding everything together for so long. But I want to reassure you that your first session with me is all about laying a solid foundation for our work together — and helping you feel heard, supported, and understood from the start. Here’s what you can expect during the intake session: 1. A Safe, Judgment-Free Space This is your time to finally talk openly about what you’ve been going through. There’s no need to pretend everything’s okay or hold up the “strong woman” mask. I create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, and I’m here to listen without judgment. It’s a space for you to be human — no pressure to be perfect. 2. A Deep Dive Into What’s Really Going On The intake session is where we’ll get clear on the challenges that brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your struggles — whether it’s burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, or overwhelming self-doubt. We’ll also explore how these issues show up in your life, your work, and your relationships. The goal here is to get the full picture of what’s happening beneath the surface. 3. Gathering Key Information to Support Your Healing We’ll spend time gathering information about your background — both past and present. This includes: Your emotional history and any past trauma Your family dynamics, relationships, and how you were raised Any current or past struggles that might be affecting your mental health Your physical health and any symptoms related to stress or anxiety Your goals for therapy, and what you hope to achieve While this might feel like a lot of information to share, it’s important for me to understand you fully so I can tailor our work to meet your specific needs. 4. Introducing the Tools I Use In this session, I’ll also introduce you to the tools and techniques I use to help women like you move forward quickly and effectively. These include: REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy): To uncover and reframe limiting beliefs that contribute to anxiety, stress, and self-doubt. Cognitive Restructuring: To shift the perfectionist mindset and stop the cycle of overthinking, so you can make decisions with more confidence and less guilt. Somatic Techniques: Because healing goes beyond just talk. We’ll focus on body awareness and nervous system regulation to release tension, calm your mind, and reconnect you to your body’s natural state of peace. You’ll get a sen

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

What Sets Me Apart When we work together, you’ll feel heard — not just listened to. I get that life is messy and you’re probably overwhelmed by trying to keep it all together. My job is to help you cut through the bullshit and actually address what’s holding you back. I don’t sugarcoat things, but I also don’t judge. With over two decades of experience, I’ve seen the patterns and know how to help you shift them. You’ll leave each session with clear, actionable steps to move forward and feel less like you’re constantly running on fumes. If you’re ready to do the work — without the fluff or feeling like therapy is just another thing on your to-do list — I’m the person to help you get there.

You’re ready to create space for your own healing, growth, and peace of mind.

My treatment methods

Integrative

My Approach: Fast, Focused, and Holistic You’re not here to talk in circles or stay stuck in your story. You want change. You want clarity. And you want tools that work. That’s why I use an integrative, results-oriented approach rooted in: 🧠 REBT & Cognitive Restructuring We’ll get laser-focused on the unhelpful beliefs that drive burnout, people-pleasing, and anxiety — and shift them at the core. These tools are practical, powerful, and help you feel more in control of your inner world quickly. 💬 Insight + Empowerment Together, we’ll map out where you’re stuck and why — so you can stop repeating the same patterns and start living in alignment with you. 🧘🏽‍♀️ Somatic Techniques I work best with high-achieving women who are exhausted from holding it all together. These are women who look successful on the outside — career-driven, reliable, always showing up for others — but internally, they’re running on empty. They’ve been pushing through stress, trauma, and emotional overwhelm for years, and they’re starting to feel the cracks.
