I SEE YOU, WARRIOR. The one everyone leans on — because they have no idea about the cracks you never show. You’re the get-it-done, make-it-happen woman who shoulders more than most because letting people down doesn’t feel like an option. On the outside, you move through the world with strength and competence. Inside, you’re stretched thin — exhausted, resentful, and quietly wondering, “When is it my turn?” I help women like you finally put down the armor without losing their power. My approach blends psychology, neuroscience, and energetic law into a grounded, no-BS process that actually works. This isn’t about just coping. It’s exploration — keeping what fits and rewiring what doesn’t. — LPC | 27 Years Experience | Anxiety, Boundaries & Women’s Issues | Weekly Openings Mon/Thurs

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

A safe, no-judgment zone. You show up as yourself — without pretending or performing. You can exhale here. To be fully heard. Your story, your pace, your truth. I’m not here to rush or minimize you — I’m here to witness and understand. We begin by combining the practical and the personal — gathering the essential information I need while also mapping what’s happening in your world and identifying what feels most urgent right now. This clarity becomes the foundation for meaningful healing. From there, we start tracing the internal messages, old patterns, and protective responses that keep you stuck. That awareness becomes the start of your blueprint. This is where science meets soul, therapy meets energy, regulation meets rewiring, and practical tools meet real internal transformation. Your choice, your pace — you lead the process, and I adjust to what you need. Our first session is your space to explore whether this approach feels right for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

In this space, you’re not just listened to — you’re seen. I help you cut through the noise and get to the root instead of drowning in symptoms or surface-level fixes. I don’t sugarcoat, and yes, I curse some. You get candor, clarity, and compassion — real guidance that supports you, not fluff that wastes your time. Each session is a reset: a space to breathe, get honest, and walk away with practical, grounded steps you can actually use. This isn’t therapy that leaves you heavier. It’s a reclamation process that puts you back at the center of your own life — where you belong.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with women who are done holding everything together without support — and are ready for a different way. You don’t need fixing; you need space and tools that work for you — not against you. I’m best aligned with women who are navigating: • Chronic stress, burnout, or overwhelm • Anxiety that shows up even though you’re strong and capable • Perfectionism and the constant pressure to hold it all together • People-pleasing, overfunctioning, or the struggle to say no • Old wounds, grief, or experiences from the past that still echo in the present • Feeling disconnected from yourself, your purpose, or your needs If your pattern has been rescuing, managing, and showing up for everyone else — while abandoning yourself — you’re in the right place. There is nothing wrong with you — you’ve simply been operating in survival mode far too long. If even a small part of you is ready for clarity, agency, and a steadier way of being, I’ll meet you there and support you as you build a calmer, clearer, and genuinely sustainable way of being.

My treatment methods

Integrative

My approach is integrative: a fusion of science and soul. I draw from evidence-based methods like REBT, ACT, and supportive therapies, tailored to meet you exactly where you are. I work through a trauma-informed lens — because everyone carries experiences that shape their nervous system, their beliefs, and the way they move through the world. We honor those patterns without judgment and work gently but directly with what’s underneath them. Together, we uncover the beliefs and behaviors driving burnout, anxiety, and over-functioning — and shift them at the root. This process is active, grounded, and experiential. It’s designed to help you regulate your nervous system, rewire unhelpful patterns, reframe your inner dialogue, and feel safer inside yourself — one intentional step at a time.

Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy

I’ve used REBT for over 25 years to help high-achieving women challenge the internal rules they’ve been living by — the ones that fuel perfectionism and self-pressure. I blend REBT with trauma-informed, nervous-system work so we shift both the thoughts and the patterns driving stress and overwhelm.

Trauma Informed Care

I’ve worked through a trauma-informed lens for over 25 years, recognizing that everyone carries experiences that shape their nervous system, beliefs, and patterns of response. My approach centers safety, pacing, and choice — we work gently but directly with what’s underneath the stress, burnout, and over-functioning. I integrate trauma-responsive strategies with cognitive and nervous-system work so you can feel grounded, regulated, and supported throughout the process.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I incorporate ACT to help clients move out of struggle, overcontrol, and perfectionism. I’ve completed specialized ACT training and integrate acceptance, mindfulness, and values-based strategies into a grounded, trauma-informed approach. Together, we reduce the fight with your thoughts and shift into actions aligned with who you want to be.

I'm disappointed I can only use two descriptors for Marsha. She was available to me at a time I needed someone most, and as a non-traditional spiritual person, she was a "goddess-send." :-) Her embracing of REBT theory and that style of therapy has made all the difference for me.

Marsha is an amazing human being and only wants what is best for women. She has changed my life in a matter of a months time and given me the tools to make myself a priority and a better wife and mother. Plus tools to help manage my stress, depression and anxiety.
