My treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I treat people suffering from a list of mental health rate issues. With a person centered approach I meet you where you are and with you through mental distress from life experiences. But the majority of people don’t know yet, that what they are going thru is manageable. I can help you get there. My goal for you is that in a finite period of time you will see a decrease in symptoms frequency and intensity. Supporting you to feel relief through tools that are proven effective.
