LPC, 10 years of experience
Welcome—I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I aim to create a safe, compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. My approach is non-judgmental and collaborative, focused on helping you build skills, insight, and confidence to navigate life’s challenges. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania with 10 years of experience in the counseling field. I began my career working with children and families in community settings, and today I specialize in supporting adults through individual therapy. I work with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including: depression and mood disorders, anxiety, stress management and burnout, interpersonal and communication challenges, life transitions, career, and educational stressors. In our work together, you can expect warmth, practical tools, and a flexible style that adapts to your unique needs. Whether you’re looking for coping strategies, deeper self-understanding, or space to process difficult experiences, my goal is to support your growth and well-being. Outside of my work, I enjoy reading, crafting, hiking, traveling to new places, and spending time with my cat and family. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey.
We will spend the first session with me getting to know you, your strengths, concerns, and what is bringing you to therapy. We'll also spend time covering some basics regarding the therapy process. Finally, you'll have the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have for me.
My primary modality of therapy is Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), which is a research-proven treatment effective for problems such as depression, anxiety, and many other concerns. Working together, we will help you to identify and change ways of thinking and patterns of behavior that are contributing to challenging emotions and experiences so you can feel and do better. When appropriate, we can incorporate mindfulness/meditation in therapy, help you establish a practice that can support you in reaching your goals, and improve your overall wellness.
Young adults and adults with depression, anxiety, and mood disorders.
When we use CBT together, I’ll help you explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected — and how small shifts can create real change. I take a warm, collaborative approach, working with you to identify patterns that may be holding you back and develop tools you can use in everyday life. You’ll never be judged or rushed — just supported as you take steps toward feeling better.
At the heart of my work is a deep belief that healing starts with feeling truly heard and accepted. In person-centered therapy, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. You are the expert on your life — my role is to walk alongside you, help you reconnect with your strengths, and support you in becoming the most authentic version of yourself.
Supportive therapy with me is about having someone truly in your corner. I offer a compassionate, steady presence to help you feel grounded during tough times. Together, we focus on what’s going well, gently explore what’s hard, and build practical tools to help you cope and move forward. You don’t have to face everything alone — I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Jordan makes me feel comfortable and safe. She's always willing to hear me out, but also not afraid to let me know if there's another way I could be looking at things

Jordan Martin is the best therapist I’ve ever had. After years in and out of therapy, she’s the first person I’ve made real progress with. She’s smart, patient, insightful, and truly caring. As a medical professional who sees mental health care daily, I’m thoroughly impressed. This has been the most effective and affirming therapy experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend her!
