Hi there, and welcome. Counseling provides a supportive, non-judgmental, safe atmosphere in which to process your concerns and help you learn ways to feel and do better. I'm so glad you are taking this step to invest in yourself and your well-being! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania and have been working in the counseling field since 2015, initially with children and families in a community-based setting, and presently with adults in individual therapy. I have experience supporting individuals with a wide range of concerns including depression, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, stress management, relationship conflict, educational/occupational needs, and more. Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy reading, crafting, hiking, spending time with family, my cat, and traveling to new places. I look forward to working with you!

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

We will spend the first session with me getting to know you, your strengths, concerns, and what is bringing you to therapy. We'll also spend time covering some basics regarding the therapy process. Finally, you'll have the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have for me.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My primary modality of therapy is Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), which is a research-proven treatment effective for problems such as depression, anxiety, and many other concerns. Working together, we will help you to identify and change ways of thinking and patterns of behavior that are contributing to challenging emotions and experiences so you can feel and do better. When appropriate, we can incorporate mindfulness/meditation in therapy, help you establish a practice that can support you in reaching your goals, and improve your overall wellness.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Young adults and adults with depression, anxiety, and mood disorders.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

When we use CBT together, I’ll help you explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected — and how small shifts can create real change. I take a warm, collaborative approach, working with you to identify patterns that may be holding you back and develop tools you can use in everyday life. You’ll never be judged or rushed — just supported as you take steps toward feeling better.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

At the heart of my work is a deep belief that healing starts with feeling truly heard and accepted. In person-centered therapy, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. You are the expert on your life — my role is to walk alongside you, help you reconnect with your strengths, and support you in becoming the most authentic version of yourself.

Supportive

Supportive therapy with me is about having someone truly in your corner. I offer a compassionate, steady presence to help you feel grounded during tough times. Together, we focus on what’s going well, gently explore what’s hard, and build practical tools to help you cope and move forward. You don’t have to face everything alone — I’m here to support you every step of the way.
