(she/her)
Welcome—I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I aim to create a safe, compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. My approach is non-judgmental and collaborative, focused on helping you build skills, insight, and confidence to navigate life’s challenges. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania with 11 years of experience in the counseling field. I began my career working with children and families in community settings, and today I specialize in supporting adults through individual therapy. I work with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including: depression and mood disorders, anxiety, stress management and burnout, interpersonal and communication challenges, life transitions, career, and educational stressors. In our work together, you can expect warmth, practical tools, and a flexible style that adapts to your unique needs. Whether you’re looking for coping strategies, deeper self-understanding, or space to process difficult experiences, my goal is to support your growth and well-being. Outside of my work, I enjoy reading, crafting, hiking, traveling to new places, and spending time with my cat and family. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey.
We will spend the first session with me getting to know you, your strengths, concerns, and what is bringing you to therapy. We'll also spend time covering some basics regarding the therapy process. Finally, you'll have the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have for me.
My primary modality of therapy is Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), which is a research-proven treatment effective for problems such as depression, anxiety, and many other concerns. Working together, we will help you to identify and change ways of thinking and patterns of behavior that are contributing to challenging emotions and experiences so you can feel and do better. When appropriate, we can incorporate mindfulness/meditation in therapy, help you establish a practice that can support you in reaching your goals, and improve your overall wellness.
Young adults and adults with depression, anxiety, and mood disorders.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
When we use CBT together, I’ll help you explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected — and how small shifts can create real change. I take a warm, collaborative approach, working with you to identify patterns that may be holding you back and develop tools you can use in everyday life. You’ll never be judged or rushed — just supported as you take steps toward feeling better.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
At the heart of my work is a deep belief that healing starts with feeling truly heard and accepted. In person-centered therapy, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. You are the expert on your life — my role is to walk alongside you, help you reconnect with your strengths, and support you in becoming the most authentic version of yourself.
Supportive
Supportive therapy with me is about having someone truly in your corner. I offer a compassionate, steady presence to help you feel grounded during tough times. Together, we focus on what’s going well, gently explore what’s hard, and build practical tools to help you cope and move forward. You don’t have to face everything alone — I’m here to support you every step of the way.

We are still gathering context for my circumstances so she can understand which methods can be most beneficial to implement in addressing my issues. She is authentic in her recognizing what is relevant as she conveys that characteristic empathetically so far. I find this promising regarding what I anticipate with her moving forward.

She is a really sweet person and is very personable and I think she excels at what she does. She is always inquisitive and trying to solve the root of the issue and will do her diligence in helping those struggling with their mental health journey.

I am not sure how to put into words how much Jordan has helped me over the years. The building blocks she's provided, and help me build up myself and the tools to help build myself to be the man I want to be in the future, I can't emphasize enough, how much it means to me. She knows how to analyze, execute, listen, understand, ask the right questions. She is amazing, and I am very thankful for her.
