You try your very best but you do not get the results you had hoped for despite your best efforts. I am a therapist that works with individuals that are dealing with symptoms of low motivation, sadness, and concentration problems. I also helped people with anxious thoughts, restlessness, and fears. These concerns if untreated can derail you from reaching your best life possible. I have worked in many settings such as: hospitals, community clinics, and schools. I offer telehealth counseling to adults. I would love to learn about your concerns, fears and goals.
