Do you often feel like the one who has to hold everything together? Many of my clients are high-achieving adults who look calm and capable on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or exhausted behind the scenes. I work with professionals, caregivers, and individuals navigating high expectations, perfectionism, and major life transitions. Together we explore the patterns that keep you stuck in overdrive and develop healthier ways to manage stress, set boundaries, and reconnect with yourself.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope might feel different in your life. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported as we begin identifying meaningful goals for our work together. My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally sensitive. I use evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques to help you better understand your thoughts and emotions while building practical tools for everyday life.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I strive to create an environment built on trust, compassion, and validation. I focus on helping you recognize your existing strengths while guiding you toward meaningful and sustainable change. Together, we work to find balance between thoughts, emotions, and actions so that you can move toward the life you want with greater confidence and self-understanding. Therapy can be a place where you don’t have to carry everything alone. I’m passionate about the work I do and would be honored to support you on your journey.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Together, we’ll work to challenge unhelpful patterns and replace them with more supportive, realistic ways of thinking. As this process unfolds, many people begin to feel more grounded, present, and at ease in their daily lives.

Interpersonal

We will work on improving the way you relate to others by helping you develop practical tools for healthy communication, conflict resolution, and setting clear, respectful boundaries. This evidence-based approach highlights the deep connection between relational health and overall emotional well-being, because when our relationships improve, so does our quality of life!

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I will help you develop healthier coping skills that keep you grounded and connected to the present moment. In our work together, we’ll explore mindfulness practices, grounding techniques, and distress tolerance skills designed to help regulate your nervous system and reduce anxiety. These tools can support you in responding to stress with greater calm, awareness, and resilience.
