I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Pennsylvania. I earned my Master’s degree from Penn State University and have had the privilege of working with individuals facing challenges related to mental health, substance use, and employment struggles. My goal is to help clients become the best versions of themselves by providing a compassionate, empathetic space to explore their current challenges. Together, we can work to uncover the root causes of your struggles and develop a personalized plan to create meaningful, positive changes in your life.
In our first session together, we’ll start with an introduction to get to know one another and create a comfortable space for you to share. We’ll explore the challenges you’re currently facing and discuss your goals for therapy. This conversation helps me understand your unique needs so we can work together to develop a personalized plan for your journey forward.
I am an empathetic, caring, and dedicated counselor with experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and addressing a wide range of mental health challenges. I strive to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood. By helping individuals identify the root causes of their struggles, I guide them in developing personalized plans that lead to meaningful and measurable progress toward their goals.
I enjoy working with individuals who are motivated to improve their lives but may not yet have the tools or strategies to turn their goals into reality. Many of my clients feel stuck, overwhelmed, or anxious about their personal or professional paths. Together, we navigate these challenges, creating clarity and building the skills needed to move forward with confidence and purpose.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we explore patterns that might be contributing to their challenges and identify practical strategies to shift those patterns. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s unique needs, fostering a supportive environment where we can work on developing skills to navigate life's difficulties more effectively. CBT is empowering because it equips clients with tools they can continue to use long after therapy has ended.
In my work with clients, I take a humanistic, person-centered approach that focuses on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals feel truly heard and understood. I prioritize building a strong, trusting relationship by accepting each person as they are, with empathy and respect. Together, we explore their current situation and emotions, focusing on the present rather than dwelling on the past. My goal is to help clients recognize their own strengths, values, and potential for growth, empowering them to move toward a more fulfilling and authentic life.
