My treatment methods

I utilize CBT techniques to explore if thoughts being experienced are rational or irrational which helps to discern the following approach. I also use CBT techniques to reduce intrusive thoughts, thought replacement, thought stopping, and overall implementation of healthier coping skills to quiet the mind.
