I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15+ years of experience supporting individuals in their mental health journey. My work focuses primarily on helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, and life stressors. I often work with individuals experiencing burnout, major life transitions, relationship stress, work-related stress, and patterns of overthinking that can make daily life feel overwhelming. My goal is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can talk openly and begin making meaningful changes. I believe therapy should be collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique needs. Together, we will explore patterns, thoughts, and experiences that may be contributing to anxiety, stress, or low mood while also developing practical tools to help you cope more effectively. My approach is compassionate and grounded in evidence-based practices.

From there, we will work together to create a plan that feels manageable and supportive. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable exploring the challenges you may be facing.

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients recognize unhelpful thought patterns, manage difficult emotions, and build healthier coping skills.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I have provided therapeutic treatment with the scope of an 8 week program using CBT and Solution Focused Brief Treatment.
