Hello! I’m Nazar, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with years of experience in helping individuals from a variety of backgrounds who are undergoing intense mental health difficulties. I know firsthand how exhausting it can be when anxiety, depression, or PTSD weigh down your daily life. My focus is on helping teens and adults not just cope, but truly heal. To do this, my approach is heavily grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Throughout our sessions, we will build the practical, everyday skills you need to reclaim your energy and create a life to be truly excited about.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I utilize CBT to help clients identify and challenge the negative automatic thoughts and distortions that contribute to everyday emotional stress. Through collaboratively examining and challenging the unhelpful stories we tell ourselves, we can move past the unhelpful patterns we face in our daily lives.
