Nazar Flome
When anxiety, depression, or the weight of past trauma takes over, simply getting through the day can feel like an uphill battle. You don’t have to settle for just "getting by," and you don't have to figure out the way forward alone. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I help teens and adults move out of survival mode and into genuine, lasting recovery. My approach looks at the whole picture: who you are, what you’ve carried, and the real-world environment you navigate every day. Integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-focused care, our work goes beyond temporary relief. Together, we will target the root of what’s keeping you stuck, quiet the noise, and equip you with practical, everyday tools to reclaim your energy, restore your internal control, and build a life you are genuinely excited to live.
I know firsthand how exhausting it can be when anxiety, depression, or PTSD weigh down your daily life.

Ideal clients
Feeling weighed down by daily struggles, persistent life stressors, or the exhausting cycle of simply trying to get through the day? You aren't alone, and you don't have to navigate this by yourself. I am deeply passionate about working with teens and adults as they manage the very real impacts of anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Because I truly understand the complexities and the weight of facing mental health challenges firsthand, I bring both clinical expertise and genuine human empathy into our sessions. My goal isn't just to listen—it's to work alongside you to build practical, everyday skills, help you regain your footing, and create a sustainable path to a more fulfilling life.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I utilize CBT to help clients identify and challenge the negative automatic thoughts and distortions that contribute to everyday emotional stress. Through collaboratively examining and challenging the unhelpful stories we tell ourselves, we can move past the unhelpful patterns we face in our daily lives.
