New to Grow
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life transitions, heal from trauma, and reconnect with their sense of self. I work with adults, parents, and individuals who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected in different areas of life. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative, creating a safe space where clients can explore their experiences, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop tools that support lasting growth and well-being.
In our first session, we will take time to get to know each other and explore what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, and what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process so we can begin identifying meaningful goals for our work together. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a feel for my approach. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and safe to share at your own pace.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable being their authentic selves. I approach therapy with compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique experiences and strengths. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma-informed care while also focusing on the deeper emotional patterns that influence relationships, self-worth, and personal growth. My goal is to help clients develop greater self-awareness, build resilience, and feel more empowered in their lives.
My ideal clients are individuals who may feel overwhelmed by life transitions, relationship challenges, or past experiences that continue to impact their present. Many of the people I work with are navigating identity shifts, motherhood, stress, anxiety, or unresolved emotional patterns and are looking for a space to better understand themselves and move forward with clarity. I work well with clients who are open to self-reflection and are ready to explore the deeper patterns that influence their emotions, relationships, and sense of self. Together we focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and developing healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges. Whether you are seeking healing, personal growth, or support during a difficult season, my goal is to provide a compassionate and empowering space where you can feel understood and supported as you move toward meaningful change.
Attachment-based
I use an attachment-based approach to help clients understand how early relationships and life experiences shape the way they connect with others and view themselves. In therapy, we explore patterns in relationships, emotional responses, and core beliefs that may have developed over time. By creating a safe and supportive space, I help clients build healthier relationships, strengthen emotional security, and develop new ways of relating to themselves and others.
Trauma Informed Care
Trauma-informed therapy recognizes the impact that past experiences can have on emotional and physical well-being. I create a safe, supportive environment where clients can process their experiences, build coping skills, and move toward healing at their own pace.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT focuses on understanding how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. I help clients identify unhelpful thinking patterns and develop practical strategies to create healthier thoughts, behaviors, and emotional responses.
Strength-Based
A strengths-based approach focuses on identifying and building on the abilities, resilience, and resources you already have. In our work together, I help you recognize your strengths and use them as a foundation for growth, healing, and problem-solving.
EMDR
EMDR is a trauma-focused therapy that helps the brain reprocess distressing memories so they no longer feel overwhelming or stuck. I use EMDR to help clients reduce emotional distress, heal from past experiences, and develop a greater sense of safety and balance in their live
