In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will review confidentiality and its limits to ensure clarity and build trust. We will discuss expectations, including attendance and the importance of consistency in the therapeutic process, and establish any agreements needed for you to feel safe and supported. I will create a warm and empathetic space where you can share what is bringing you to therapy at your own pace.
