I’m a depth‑oriented psychologist who helps clients slow down, understand the patterns shaping their lives, and connect with the parts of themselves that need care and clarity. My style is warm, steady, and collaborative—I move at your pace and create a space where you don’t have to navigate difficult emotions or experiences alone. I’m especially attuned to trauma, anxiety, and attachment‑based patterns, and I work with clients who want more than symptom relief—they want insight, meaning, and lasting change.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

My first session is a calm, grounding conversation where we begin to understand what’s been weighing on you and what you hope will feel different. I’ll ask thoughtful questions about your history, your present experience, and the patterns you’ve noticed, but there’s no pressure to share everything at once. My role is to help you slow down, feel supported, and begin making sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. Together, we’ll start mapping out what healing might look like and how we can move at a pace that feels safe and steady for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths come through in the way I help clients slow down and understand the deeper patterns shaping their lives. I’m skilled at tracking the emotional, cognitive, and symbolic layers of a person’s experience—how early stories, cultural archetypes, and protective strategies continue to live in the present. I work with clients to build insight that isn’t just intellectual, but felt and integrated, helping them reconnect with parts of themselves that have long gone unheard. I bring a warm, steady presence that allows clients to explore difficult emotions without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. My approach blends experiential work with meaning‑making, so clients can understand not only what they’re feeling, but why it matters. I’m attentive to the soul-level aspects of healing—the inner wisdom, intuition, and deeper truths that often emerge when someone finally feels safe enough to be fully themselves. Clients often tell me they feel deeply seen, grounded, and understood in our work together. I help them make sense of their inner world with compassion and clarity, supporting transformation that is both emotional and soulful.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Clients Who Feel Most at Home With Me Young adults and adults who sense there is more happening beneath the surface of their emotions, relationships, or life patterns. They may be carrying trauma, anxiety, or long‑standing cycles that feel hard to shift on their own. Many are thoughtful, introspective people who want more than quick fixes—they want to understand themselves deeply and move through life with greater clarity, steadiness, and intention. What They’re Looking For These clients are often seeking a psychologist who can help them slow down, make sense of their internal world, and explore the roots of their struggles with compassion and depth. They value a calm, steady presence and a space where they don’t have to rush, mask, or minimize their experience. They’re ready for meaningful change, even if they’re still figuring out what that looks like. How They Show Up These clients may be navigating trauma, anxiety, identity shifts, or attachment‑based patterns that show up in relationships and self‑perception. They’re open to exploring emotions, beliefs, and protective strategies, and they appreciate a therapist who can hold both the practical and the profound.

My treatment methods

Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP)

I use principles from Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) to help clients feel safe enough to explore the deeper emotions and patterns shaping their lives. In my work, I pay close attention to what’s happening in the moment—your feelings, your body, and the protective strategies you’ve learned over time. I offer a steady, attuned presence so you don’t have to navigate those experiences alone. This approach supports healing from trauma, strengthens emotional resilience, and helps you connect with more grounded, empowered parts of yourself.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

I also integrate Emotion‑Focused Therapy (EFT) into my work, especially when helping clients understand and shift long‑standing emotional patterns. EFT allows us to slow down and explore the emotions underneath your reactions, relationships, and protective strategies. By working gently and intentionally with these deeper emotional experiences, clients often gain clarity, strengthen self‑compassion, and develop new ways of relating to themselves and others.

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

I incorporate Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) when working with trauma and long‑standing patterns shaped by past experiences. CPT helps clients identify the beliefs and interpretations that developed during difficult or overwhelming moments, and gently examine how those beliefs may still be affecting their emotions, relationships, and sense of self. By integrating this cognitive clarity with deeper emotional work, clients often gain a more grounded understanding of their story and feel more empowered to move forward.
