New to Grow
I’m a Licensed Psychologist who shows up as a real person in the room, not a clipboard with a pulse. I’m also the owner and founder of iPsychological. I use practical, evidence based tools like CBT to help you understand what’s driving your thoughts, reactions, and relationship patterns, and then we work together to shift what isn’t serving you. My style is collaborative, direct, and steady, with space for humor when it helps and depth when it matters.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, expect a real conversation, not a spotlight and a rapid fire round of “tell me about your childhood.” We’ll explore what’s bringing you in, what you’d like to see change, and the patterns underneath the surface at a pace that feels respectful and manageable. By the end, you’ll have a clear sense of how I think, how we might approach your goals, and whether working together feels like a solid fit, ideally leaving with a sense of cautious optimism about what’s possible.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I’m the owner of iPsychological.com and lead a growing practice, but I still genuinely love the individual work. My approach is evidence based without being robotic, direct without being harsh, and reflective without drifting into abstraction. Clients can expect steadiness and clarity without any BS. I specialize in translating complexity into something practical and usable so insight turns into forward movement, not just conversation.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My ideal client is thoughtful, motivated, and ready to look at themselves honestly, even when it’s uncomfortable. They’re often high functioning on the outside but know something underneath feels stuck, reactive, or heavier than it needs to be. They value depth, appreciate a direct but respectful approach, and want therapy that moves beyond venting into real insight, skill building, and measurable growth.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients identify the patterns between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we slow down automatic reactions, examine the accuracy and usefulness of core beliefs, and replace unhelpful thinking with more balanced alternatives. My approach is practical, collaborative, and focused on real-world change, not just insight.
