I am not judgmental and I have experience with lots of things so if you feel we are a good fit please reach out to me to schedule our first appointment.
Client’s can expect a warm and therapeutic environment, to feel heard, and I will follow your lead. If you are seeking to learn new skills, to be validated on how you feel, and to explore issues and life’s challenges as deep as your ready to take it.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I am a solution focused therapist who works with client strengths to personalize treatment and solutions. I also use CBT to help show how thought impact our emotions and our behavior. I am also good at working with grief and trauma, anger and stress management, and willing to meet you wherever you are in your journey of healing.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Thought are not facts and they have a direct impact on how we feel and behave.
Grief Therapy
We are taught as a society how to gain but not to loose things and people in our lives. Grief does not come in stages and often left to grieve alone because it makes others uncomfortable because they do not know how to comfort us.

So easy to talk to and understands my concerns. Gives great advice to help myself with current issues I am having and leads me in the right direction for self success. Even on days I feel like I have don’t have anything to say, he can open up my feelings I didn’t realize I was suppressing.

I liked William's analogies and anecdotes. We talked about a lot with a lot to unpack. He seems to have a good feel for underlying causes.

I wanted to select “empowering “ and “challenging “ and “direct” and “authentic “ and “genuine “ and has a streak of humor in his personality. He uses effective methods and techniques to improve my level of understanding. One strategy he uses, that’s been unique to him, is his reflection of the meeting and suggestions for follow up.
