I’m a licensed neuropsychologist and board certified behavior analyst providing individualized, evidence-based care. I integrate depth-oriented and practical approaches to help clients better understand themselves and create meaningful change. I specialize in treating individuals for neurodiversity, anxiety, identity, trauma, and complex relational patterns, and I work with thoughtful, high-functioning individuals seeking insight, clarity, and lasting growth in their lives and relationships.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is a space for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you in. I’ll ask about your current concerns, relevant background, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. You’re welcome to share at your own pace—there’s no expectation to have everything figured out or to go into detail before you’re ready. I also use this time to start identifying patterns in your experiences, whether that’s in your emotions, relationships, or how you tend to respond to stress. Together, we’ll begin to clarify your goals and what a meaningful therapy process might look like for you. My approach is collaborative and individualized. I’ll offer observations and ask thoughtful questions, but I also want to understand what feels most important from your perspective. By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer sense of how I work and whether it feels like a good fit.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength is my ability to deeply understand complex presentations—both emotionally and cognitively—and translate that understanding into meaningful, practical change. As a neuropsychologist, I bring a high level of analytical precision to my work, while also maintaining a strong focus on empathy, attunement, and the therapeutic relationship. I specialize in identifying patterns that may not be immediately obvious, particularly for clients who are high-functioning, neurodivergent, or have learned to mask their struggles. I’m able to connect the “why” behind symptoms—whether rooted in neurodevelopmental differences, trauma, or relational experiences—and help clients make sense of themselves in a way that feels accurate and validating. Another strength of my approach is integration. I combine depth-oriented, psychodynamic work with practical, actionable strategies so that insight doesn’t stay abstract—it becomes something clients can use in their daily lives. Clients often report gaining a clearer sense of self, improved emotional regulation, and more intentional, fulfilling relationships. I also prioritize individualized care. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor treatment to each client’s unique profile, goals, and pace. This allows for a therapy process that is both effective and sustainable over time.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are individuals who are thoughtful, introspective, and motivated to better understand themselves—even if they’re not always sure where to start. Many are high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed internally, navigating anxiety, burnout, identity questions, or longstanding patterns in relationships that no longer feel sustainable. I am particularly well-positioned to work with neurodivergent individuals (including those exploring or newly diagnosed with autism or ADHD), as well as professionals, students, and high-achieving adults who may feel “different,” misunderstood, or chronically out of sync with their environments. I also work well with clients who have complex emotional histories, including trauma, attachment injuries, or experiences that have impacted their sense of safety, trust, or self-worth. Many of my clients are not just looking for coping strategies—they want depth. They’re curious about the “why” behind their patterns and are open to exploring underlying dynamics, even when that process is uncomfortable or nuanced. At the same time, I support clients in translating insight into meaningful, practical change in their daily lives. I strive to create a space that is thoughtful, nonjudgmental, and highly individualized, where clients feel both understood and appropriately challenged. If you value a therapy process that integrates insight, emotional depth, and real-world application, we are likely a strong fit.

My treatment methods

Psychodynamic

In practice, I use psychodynamic therapy to help clients develop insight into recurring patterns in their relationships, emotional responses, and sense of self. This includes exploring attachment dynamics, defenses, and underlying meanings behind thoughts and behaviors. I pay close attention to themes that emerge over time, as well as to the therapeutic relationship itself, which often provides important information about how clients experience others. My approach is collaborative and tailored to the individual. For some clients, this involves deeper exploratory work around identity, trauma, and relational patterns. For others, I integrate psychodynamic principles with more structured or skills-based interventions, depending on their goals and needs. I also prioritize creating a safe, attuned space where clients can process difficult emotions and experiences at a pace that feels manageable. Overall, I use psychodynamic therapy not only to reduce symptoms, but to support deeper, lasting change in how clients understand themselves and relate to others.
