I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with over 20 years of experience supporting adults and youth through anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My integrative approach blends attachment-focused therapy, EMDR, trauma reprocessing, and insight-oriented depth psychology within a culturally affirming and relational framework.
