My background includes training in somatic therapy, spiritual emergence, buddhist psychology, expressive arts, sandtray, rosen method bodywork, aikido, person centered and transpersonal therapy and diverse trainings in psychological methods for personal growth and healing. My approach is holistic and includes exploring mind, body and spirit connections. I have worked as a school counselor, a military family life consultant, in clinics and in private practice. In the first session you will answer ten yes or no questions on an ACE questionnaire. (Adverse Childhood Experiences) This is to review any trauma in your life before you were age 18. We also set up goals and a treatment plan. However, some first sessions review your personal story and we may not complete goals in the first session.
