As a therapist, wife, mother of two, bonus mom to two stepchildren, and owner of an exotic animal rescue, I bring not only my 14+ years of clinical experience but also the wisdom gained from my full and colorful life. My experiences navigating single parenthood, blended family dynamics, and caring for a large and diverse household have shaped my perspective, giving me a deep understanding of the joys, challenges, and chaos that come with balancing family, relationships, and self-care.

Hi! I am Dr. Barnes Marrero, licensed psychologist / Clinical Neuropsychologist, providing culturally informed psychological and neuropsychological evaluations in English and Spanish to adult and older adults from Florida.
Know that I am here to support you. It’s my priority to make you feel at ease. It can feel scary to sit for an assessment. Feeling anxious, unsettled, or nervous about the process is normal. Testing can sometimes feel like a cold process. I promise, there’s nothing to be afraid of. It is not like school—there are no right or wrong answers; it is not a pass-or-fail situation. Instead, it’s a way to gain a comprehensive understanding of what you’re going through. I will meet you genuinely interested in where you’ve been and what’s happening. You will experience a YOU-centered judgment-free space. I hope my easygoing and friendly nature makes you comfortable.
I have over 25 years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse world. I recently retired from the Department of Defense and I'm ready to build a caseload. I have a lot of personal and professional experience with coping and overcoming obstacles. I'm a seasoned Licensed Therapist with over 20 years of experience, passionately transforming negative thinking into positive mindsets. My greatest strengths lie in empathy and active listening, ensuring clients feel truly understood and supported. Hi, my name is Dr. Angela Noe, but you can call me Angie. I'm a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, anger and emotion dysregulation difficulties, communication skill development, the development of coping skills to help with adjusting to life stressors, and psychological testing.
Therapy clients tend to describe me as down to earth, nonjudgmental, direct, and never boring. I'm also the type of therapist who doesn't mind cursing, and I make frequent references to memes. My therapy dog Diamond will make an appearance during sessions, too :)
