Hello! I'm Jessica, a licensed mental health counselor with over thirteen years of professional experience. I specialize in working with teens and adults, providing individual and couples therapy. I have experience in assisting clients in addressing trauma (past, recent, or present), anxiety, difficult transitions, coping with grief and loss, and various other life stressors. I'm a firm believer that an individual's inherent strengths can aid them in navigating life's challenges. Seeking help is a challenging first step, and it requires bravery to make that move. I am excited to join you on your path of growth and healing!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, we will spend time getting to know one another and then delve into your goals and motivations for pursuing therapy. Gaining insight into your past experiences, challenges, and strengths will allow me to tailor the therapeutic process to your unique needs and preferences so that we can work together toward healing and growth.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Throughout my thirteen years of experience, I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds and challenges. My aim is to offer a "safe space" for you to express your pain, and navigate through past traumas or current difficulties. I approach each situation with empathy and compassion, assisting you in addressing and altering unproductive patterns and habits to work toward a happier and healthier you! I generally approach therapy from a Christian perspective and believe that the Bible is the ultimate source of strength and support. However, if you do not wish to have therapy from a spiritual perspective, I am able to meet you where you are and support you in whatever way you need at this time.
