Do you find yourself constantly overwhelmed or feeling on edge? Do you feel irritable with everything and everyone? These can be very painful feelings and a common experience. Unfortunately, many people find it easier to ignore the feeling, “push things under the rug”, and leave it for another day. Over time, this can lead to relationship issues, chronic anxiety, and even depression.
Throughout the therapeutic process, we will work on identifying some of the triggers causing these emotional disturbances. We will dive deep and pinpoint reasons as to why these negative feelings surfaced originally. You will also come out of therapy with the necessary tools to calm your mind. The quote “knowing is half the battle” plays a big part in trying to solve what is happening in your life. Life is too short to be constantly on edge all day long…it is exhausting if you ask me.
Time and time again I see people living with the everyday doom and gloom feeling and not doing anything about it. I have worked with many individuals, couples, and families who have taken the first step to resolving that overwhelming feeling they experience for weeks, months, and even years. My favorite part of being a therapist is witnessing how my clients experience a better quality of life.

I'm fascinated by how people’s minds work and develop. When working with individuals, I love to understand how they became who they are and how they can make their lives more fulfilling. I am passionate about improving the well-being of others by helping them grow emotionally and in their pursuit of happiness. I'm curious by nature and enjoy trying to understand what's beyond what they present. That's why I became a psychotherapist.
I've worked with children, adults, couples, and families, and I have worked with a range of mental health disorders. I also have experience working with individuals of diverse cultures and backgrounds including all age groups, LGBTQ+, substance abuse, neurodivergence, and military personnel and families.
Whether you're dealing with overwhelming emotions, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression or past trauma, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. My name is Oswaldo “Oz” Castro, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience supporting individuals across a wide range of needs and life stages. My passion as a therapist is helping people find hope, healing, and practical tools to move forward.
I began my career in neurofeedback, spending 7 years working with children, adolescents, and adults with ADHD, autism, sleep difficulties, anxiety, depression, and other neurodivergent experiences. I later gained 5 years of experience at a drug rehabilitation facility, supporting individuals on their recovery journey from substance use.
From there, I spent 2 years at a survivor’s center, helping individuals heal from domestic violence, violent crimes, and grief. During this time, I also worked closely with the LGBTQIA+ community, including facilitating groups for individuals of the trans experience.
I also worked for 5 years with children and adolescents transitioning out of a Baker Act and receiving sometimes getting into therapy for the first time, which gave me extensive experience in crisis intervention, family systems, and the importance of providing stability and hope during vulnerable times.
Most recently, for the past 3 years, I have been serving clients through the Grow Therapy, where I’ve had the privilege of reaching individuals who previously struggled to access care or find a therapeutic connection locally. This work has strengthened my belief that therapy should be accessible, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique story.
If you’re seeking a therapist who will meet you with empathy, understanding, and practical support, I would be honored to work alongside you. Together, we can create a path toward the goals and growth you want for yourself.
Hello and thank you for checking out my profile and considering me in your current journey. My name is Jeff Moyer, licensed mental health therapist. I understand that therapy can be intimating and so I applaud you for taking this step in looking at options for support. My goal is to help change the perception of therapy and help clients see it as a positive way to support mental health, and just another way of developing one's health, just like with our physical health. I want to guide clients in developing positive changes in their life, so they feel better and healthier, emotionally. Therapy isn’t about changing who you are, it’s about finding possible alternatives to support change in the areas that may be causing problems in our life. Thank you again for looking into ways to be more emotionally healthy, and I am here to help if you decide you would like to get started.
There is one thing I am gifted at and that’s touching the lives of others through therapy. A wise man once said, “Mental strength is not the ability to stay out of the darkness; it’s the ability to sit present in the darkness knowing that the light will shine again”. I am an influencer of change and a strong believer that your perspective will take you as far as you can see.
I have been practicing therapy for over twenty years. I received my Master's degree in Social Work from Florida International University and my PsyD. in Grief Counselling from Breyer State Theology University. I have experience with individuals, couples, and families. Some of my primary areas of expertise are family and relationship conflict, intimacy related issues and difficulty with various life changes and transitions. I specialize in assisting those who may be going through a rough patch in life or have experienced the death of a loved one.
It is important to have a strong therapeutic relationship with your therapist and to feel that they are a good match for you. I want you to feel that therapy is a safe and non-judgmental place to share your thoughts, and feelings. I believe that counseling should primarily be solution-focused to help you achieve your goals and begin to see improvement as soon as possible.

Daniel Ivey is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Board Certified Clinical Chaplain holding two Master's Degrees who truly cares about people. Coming from a Cognitive Behavior Therapy framework and his experience also as a spiritual leader, he helps people CONNECT again with their Self, Relationships, and Spiritual sense of purpose within their unique destiny and purpose in life. Whether it is a major mental illness or a major life issue or relationship struggle, Daniel seeks to bring things back together in an orderly fashion that leads again to wholeness and fullness of life.
As a natural born healer and counselor, Daniel started noticing in childhood that people just felt comfortable opening up their lives to him. His older brother Randall explained to him, "Daniel, it's because they can tell you really care." So he's been a life long learner of how to help people best, with a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Georgia, a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary, and Master in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida, along with 1600 hours of Clinical Pastoral Education and a "Mini-MBA" certificate from Rollins College.

Thank you for taking time to learn a little about me. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Addictions Professional with over 28 years of counseling experience in clinical, private and educational settings. I practice Client-centered therapy. For those who are unfamiliar with Client-centered therapy it is based on the practice that the CLIENT is best able to decide what to explore and mark as a goal of treatment. I empower all my clients without compromising empathy. Whatever the reason any individual, couple, or family comes to me, I challenge their skillset to solve problems and restore resolve; not simply provide short-term solutions. The first step to achieve this is to build a rapport with essential empathy and unconditional positive regard.
I believe in relationships. Seems a little elementary but one's physical, mental, and overall wellness is dependent on relations that we have with each other. No matter how large or small one's family is, and/or social circle we were all meant to establish and grow relationships. No level of true self-reflection would escape this fact. I witnessed this to be true in all of my clients as with myself.
I currently reside Central Florida with my wife, son, and three daughters. As a family we enjoy an active lifestyle supportive of one another and the family dynamic.
I welcome the opportunity to work with you, feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

You are here hoping to find that therapist who stands out to you because you want to find someone who can help you. The search can be overwhelming for some. Most of the profiles of therapists are going to say similar things. Most of which should be standard like brakes on a car.
I cannot promise I'm the right one for you. Here is what I can tell you about my approach. I believe in being practical which means I will not use a lot of psycho-babble or fancy strategies. I have a tendency to be blunt. My wife says I'm the "bluntest politest man" she has ever met. I'm going to be real with you.
I love couples/marriage counseling, and that is my main focus. However, about half of my clients have always been individuals. Some people just need a place to vent. Others need help solving a problem, and most people need a little of both.
I know therapy might be a little intimidating or even scary to some. Try to think of it as a massage for your brain. It's a place where you can say whatever you want guilt-free.

I strive to create a safe, structured, and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore challenges and obstacles with concerns related to alcohol and drug addiction, stress, anxiety, depression, and/or self-care. I focus on helping clients to regain control by taking back their power from alcohol and drugs. I facilitate client transformation by assisting them to learn how to be guided by a vision of the future and not memories of the past. My clients often find it beneficial to develop assertive communication & boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help improve their quality of life.
Counseling can foster personal development in whatever way you may be seeking and help build the life you so deeply deserve. If that's what you're looking for, I'm here when you're ready to share.
