We will then work to increase fulfillment in your life through thought-challenging, mindfulness, art therapy, and much more. I am an enthusiastic and passionate LCSW with experience providing individual, family, and couples therapy. My clinical experience includes depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting, and more. I help individuals increase their ability to care for themselves mentally, spiritually, and physically.
