I have over two decades of working with clients in an effective, tailor-made approach to facilitate change and restore well-being. I have experience in individual, family, and couple's therapy as well as a certification in treatment of addictions and the addictive process.

Reality Therapy

Many times we live in fear and self-delusion as a defense against our authentic selves and lives. I gently and reasonably help deconstruct these ideas so that a person can have more agency in their everyday lives. People learn to live with less anxiety as they shed their fixed ideas of what comprises self.

Existential

It is important to have meaning and attachment in our world. Identifying these elements for each client is an important step in healing and achieving goals. The essential elements for a quality life have been defined since the ancient Greeks, the Roman Stoics, and across many theological philosophies. We can partner to help you get the most of out of your life.

Couples Counseling

I have formal training in both mental health counseling and family/couples therapy. I work to promote increased empathy for positive change. I understand the challenges couples face in a fast-paced and at times unforgiving world.

Faith based therapy

I believe that the concept of a Higher Power can be instrumental in achieving and maintaining balance and wellness. It also helps people cope in times of suffering and despair and can provide meaning in life.
