Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my Masters from McGill University. I have been practicing for 25 years. I help couples, individuals and adolescents address various issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, communication challenges, conflicts, grief, divorce, relationship break up, parenting, and blended families. I look forward to working together and supporting your growth and well being.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will discuss what brings you into therapy and your specific challenges. In addition we will address any of your questions and concerns. Together we will create a treatment plan for follow up sessions.

I have worked with couples, individuals and adolescents for the past 15 years and helped them to achieve their counseling goals. They have gained greater self understanding and learned new skills to identify unhealthy patterns. With increased self understanding you will make great strides forward to overcoming your challenges.
