Hello, I am Amber Regal, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Tampa, Florida, providing telehealth services statewide. I specialize in supporting adults who are dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and stress. My approach includes comprehensive education on ADHD symptoms and challenges, all within a safe and supportive environment aimed at enhancing your well-being and happiness. Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help you understand the connections between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, empowering you to make positive changes in your life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our initial session, a significant portion of our time will be dedicated to getting to know you better. I will inquire about the symptoms and challenges you are facing and discuss what you would like to work on, allowing us to establish goals for our therapeutic journey. I understand that starting therapy can be intimidating, but I create a safe and comfortable space where you can be yourself and feel at ease.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

With 12 years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse field, I have learned that we all seek support and connection. My goal is to create a therapeutic environment where you feel both connected and supported. Drawing from my own personal experience with ADHD, I aim to educate and guide you in managing its challenges. Many of my clients share that they find it easy to talk to me and that our sessions feel like meaningful conversations.
