Hi, I’m Amber Regal, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida. I help adults who feel overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or stuck better understand what’s going on and start making meaningful, lasting changes in their lives. If you’re struggling with focus, overthinking, or feeling like your brain won’t slow down, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. I’m here to help support you.
Our first session is a chance to get to know you, understand what’s been going on, and talk through what you’d like to change. We’ll explore your current challenges and begin identifying a direction for our work together. I also want to make sure it feels like a good fit, so you can feel comfortable moving forward.
With over 15 years of experience, I bring a balance of warmth, insight, and practical guidance. I help clients understand patterns related to ADHD, anxiety, and overwhelm while building strategies that create real, lasting change. Clients often appreciate that sessions feel both supportive and focused on meaningful progress.
I work best with adults (typically late 20s to mid-40s) who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or mentally drained and want to better understand what’s going on. Many are navigating ADHD, anxiety, or relationship stress and are looking for practical tools—not just a space to vent. My ideal clients are open to learning, reflecting, and trying new approaches. They don’t need to have everything figured out, but they are willing to take steps toward change and want to make meaningful progress in their lives.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT in a practical, collaborative way to help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we’ll identify patterns that are keeping you stuck and build realistic strategies to help you feel more in control, reduce overwhelm, and create meaningful change.
Psychoeducation
I incorporate psychoeducation into sessions to help you better understand how your mind works—especially with ADHD, anxiety, and emotional patterns. I often share practical insights, tools, and strategies so you leave sessions with knowledge you can actually apply in your day-to-day life.
