Their approach to explaining ideas in different ways to help me better connect and understand the different concepts discussed is nice . She is warm and genuine and works to make sure my ideas and feelings are understood.

Cynthia is above and beyond what I was looking for in a counselor and I couldn’t be happier. I was nervous about opening up and admitting I need help but she was so warm and knowledgeable that I instantly knew I made the right decision and will definitely be meeting her regularly! 10/10

Ms. Cynthia has been very helpful by being very honest with me in our sessions and giving me solution-based approaches when it comes to situations that trigger my anxiety.
This method is used in my practice to help client address unhealthy patterns of thought and self-destructive behaviors and beliefs. It has helped clients challenge reoccurring thoughts to manage their anxiety. We'll use CBT coping strategies to recognize how your thoughts, feelings and behaviors influence each other. We'll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you experience a less anxious and stressful life.
