I work with women to shift limiting beliefs regarding self, relationships, healing the past. I am passionate about working with women to increase self-esteem, change the negative voices, heal limiting beliefs and promote self-discovery. I have a background working in healing modalities, as well as coaching. I often use IFS (working with parts). We may do inner child work, NLP, connect with different 'parts' of you, coaching, and heal past beliefs and emotions relating to trauma and other experiences, including EMDR.
I help you listen to body wisdom and see where you may choose to make changes. We will work on changing limiting beliefs and creating confidence and develop new coping skills so you can more easily create the life you want.

Some are navigating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, infertility, painful life transitions, or relationship challenges while balancing the demands of everyday life. Hi, my name is Luz, my pronouns are she/her/hers, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I worked as a teacher for over 15 years before making the journey into a community mental health career. I have experience in mobile crisis response, trauma, forensic mental health concerns.
To explain who I am as a therapist, I reflect back to my role as an educator. In the classroom, there was a movement for the teacher to be less of a “sage on the stage” (teacher-centered approach) and more of a “guide on the side” (student-centered). To me, therapy is a lesson plan for a learning experience. It's a guide to develop what the client needs to learn in order to cope with whatever barriers are showing up in the client's life, whether that barrier is an internal issue, such as self-image, or how to cope with work stress.
My therapeutic perspective is to provide empathetic, non-judgmental, compassionate guidance and support in an atmosphere of respect and safety while allowing clients to be the experts of their lives, much like “a co-pilot, a sous chef, or an assistant manager” of a client-therapist relationship. I use solution-focused elements to help move toward desired goals, cognitive behavioral techniques to challenge unhelpful thoughts, and motivational interviewing to help gain understanding and clarity. Outside of traditional therapy, I enjoy the practices of mindfulness, guided meditation, aromatherapy, and Reiki.
Finding a therapist that's the right fit can be a challenging task, but taking that first step towards a healthier you is worth it. I look forward to working with you to help break down those barriers and make progress in areas that most matter to you.

I have served clients as individuals, families, and within group environments. Additionally, my counseling experience has included inpatient, outpatient, and crisis stabilization units within the Florida Department of Corrections. I also served as the mental health authority within medium to low-risk juvenile inpatient programs. My experience also includes working within community social service agencies and Medicaid programs. In my years of professional experience, I have found that Depressive and Anxiety Disorders are managed best using Psychotherapy. Whereas many clients may find it helpful to include Antidepressant/Antianxiety medications, it has been my experience that medications alone are less effective and are often supported by Counseling Intervention with a Professional Counselor.
Hello! I’m Lesley-Ann Vickerie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Jacksonville, FL. With over 15 years in the social work field and 5+ years as a clinician, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, teens, and families through trauma, transitions, and healing.

Clients often leave sessions feeling more grounded, understood, and equipped with tools for daily life.

I earned my degree from the University of West Florida and am a Miami native with Latino roots, bringing a culturally aware and community-grounded perspective to my work. As a writer at heart, I view each person’s story as meaningful and worthy of care, and I work alongside children, adolescents, and young adults to help them reclaim their voice and sense of self. I bring a warm, nonjudgmental approach to therapy and strive to create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and encouraged to show up exactly as they are.
My work is grounded in evidence-based practices while also embracing creativity and play. I enjoy incorporating play therapy, art, creative expression, and affirmations to support self-esteem, empowerment, and resilience. Whether working with K-12 students or young adults navigating life transitions, trauma, or emotional challenges, my goal is to help clients build self-love, confidence, and tools that feel authentic to their lives. Together, we focus on growth, healing, and creating meaning even through difficult experiences.
As a clinical social worker, I use a strength-based and person-centered approach when working with clients. My expertise is treating anxiety, depression and OCD and I have experience working with clients seeking support for many other challenges as well. My clients include adults, families, and teens.
I personalize each treatment plan and makes sure that I am working with the client, not just
the diagnosis. My goal is to make clients feel empowered on their journey through their mental health challenges and other adversities.
I am a strong proponent of building a therapeutic alliance with
every client I work with - trust and mutual respect between myself and clients are essential. I like to make my sessions lively and come prepared each time we meet. Therapy is hard work but that doesn't mean it can't be fun as well!
Hello, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 14 years of experience helping adults navigate life’s challenges. I earned my Master’s degree from the University of Central Florida and am currently licensed to practice in Florida, Maine, Virginia, Arizona, and Colorado. My approach is compassionate and collaborative—I believe in helping clients recognize their own strengths and inner resilience to create meaningful change. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with several years of experience providing trauma-informed therapy. My work mainly focuses on helping clients understand and manage the effects of trauma, chronic stress, and overwhelming life events. As a military spouse, I have firsthand insight into how prolonged uncertainty, transitions, and cumulative stress impact individuals, which informs my compassionate and grounded approach to care.
I use evidence-based, trauma-focused methods to help clients develop emotional regulation, boost self-awareness, and regain safety and stability. Many clients face anxiety, relationship issues, hypervigilance, emotional numbness, or trauma-related patterns. Therapy is a collaborative process, carefully paced to let clients participate comfortably without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
Earlier in my career, I mainly worked with children and adolescents. Currently, I focus on supporting adults and couples, while still working with teen clients. This experience helps me understand how early experiences, attachment styles, and relationship dynamics can affect current functioning and relationships.
I am dedicated to fostering a supportive and respectful therapeutic environment where clients can freely explore their experiences, acquire practical coping skills, and progress toward healing at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a trauma-informed approach and a deep commitment to meeting clients where they are. My practice spans all populations and age groups, and I'm fluent in working with complex issues such as autism, ADHD, anxiety, neurocognitive disorders (including dementia with behavioral disturbances), and geriatric mental health. Whether you're navigating a crisis, living with a chronic condition, or seeking support for everyday challenges, I’m here to provide grounded, respectful, and results-focused care.
After graduating with my Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, I was provided the opportunity to gain my experience at Nicklaus Childrens Hospital. I worked with a variety of age groups that exposed me to facilitate individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy and interventions. I also have over a decade of experience working in the fitness and wellness industry, which has influenced my therapy style, as I believe a healthy body leads to a healthy mind; therefore, activity and movement are highly encouraged and praised when working with me.
I became a therapist mostly due to my interest in individuals and the recognition that everyone has their own story to tell. I believe each person is unique in their own way and we all have experiences that shape us into who we are today. I am an outgoing and nonjudgmental individual, which allowed me to make many positive relationships with a variety of different people growing up.
I am a national board-certified counselor, licensed in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina, practicing for 25+ years. Additionally, I am a provider for the Crisis Care Network, on-site crisis intervention for workplace violence and mass casualty. I am a trauma conscious yoga practitioner and Star Behavioral Health provider. Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky, but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy-the experience that make us the most vulnerable. I want to guide clients in developing positive changes in their life, so they feel better and healthier, emotionally. Therapy isn’t about changing who you are, it’s about finding possible alternatives to support change in the areas that may be causing problems in our life. Thank you again for looking into ways to be more emotionally healthy, and I am here to help if you decide you would like to get started.

I’m Michael Blake‑Edwards, a psychotherapist who works with professionals who look like they have it all together on the outside, but inside feel scattered, on edge, or disconnected. You’ve done the work, pushed yourself to grow, built the career, stayed disciplined, but something still feels off. That sense of being stuck or running on autopilot isn’t weakness; it’s your mind and body asking for something deeper.
My focus is on helping clients uncover the root causes behind distraction, restlessness, or burnout, whether it’s unrecognized ADHD, stress, or lingering effects of trauma. I integrate evidence‑based methods like EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) with a practical, goal‑oriented approach that meets you where you are. Together, we’ll build tools for lasting focus, clarity, and calm, without losing your edge.
With over 12 years of clinical experience, I’m a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and ADHD‑Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD‑CCSP), and I regularly pursue advanced training to stay on top of what works. My background includes community mental health, inpatient rehabilitation, and trauma recovery, experiences that taught me how resilient people can be when given the right tools and space to grow.
Therapy with me isn’t about becoming someone different. It’s about rediscovering the version of yourself that already knows how to adapt, lead, and thrive, even under pressure. If you’re ready to move past self‑doubt, regain control of your focus, and build a steadier foundation for success and peace of mind, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
I will like to take this opportunity to introduce myself as a licensed mental health therapist. I want to tell you a little about myself and my fieldwork experiences. I worked in this field for several years, along with various training, to assist clients in different areas. In the last several years, I worked in a mental health hospital with adolescents, substance abuse, and crisis intervention in various settings. People with trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia were some of the people I helped at work. I worked with individuals on career choices to increase their career paths to maximize success. I support individuals in their desire to become independent, and I do this by helping them identify their true potential.
Welcome
I’m Ellen Johnson, LCSW, a therapist who works with adults who have insight—but still feel caught in old emotional patterns. You may understand the “why” behind your reactions and still find it hard to do something different when it matters most.
My work is grounded in curiosity, not judgment. Together, we explore what drives your responses, what safety means to you, and how to create lasting change that doesn’t depend on willpower alone.
You don’t have to start with confidence—just with willingness.

I can help you in the areas of work, family, personal identity, relationships, and much more.
I've spent the last ten years accompanying people toward something better as an independently licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with adults who are ready to make real changes but aren't sure where to start. I'm relaxed, direct, and focused on making every session count. I also happen to think I'm pretty funny, so at least I have that going for me.
I’m a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience, specializing in anxiety, depression, and complex trauma. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can openly explore their challenges and work towards meaningful personal growth. My goal is to assist you in navigating life changes, overcoming obstacles, and achieving a more fulfilling and happier life. I am dedicated to providing compassionate and understanding support throughout your therapeutic journey.
Welcome! I know how hard it can be to reach out for support. If you're here, I want you to know that you're not alone and you don't have to figure everything out by yourself. I'm someone who believes in the power of feeling seen, heard, and understood. I believe that therapy should feel like a real conversation where you can breathe, think, and be real, not a clinical checklist. I believe you deserve a space where you don't have to pretend, perform, or be "put together". Therapy with me is about helping you feel safe enough to be your real, unfiltered self. The parts that feel strong and the parts that feel messy. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida and for over 6 years I've helped adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. A lot of the people that I work with are tired of wearing masks- the "strong one", the "fun one", the "reliable one". Underneath, they feel overwhelmed, anxious, numb, or disconnected from who they used to be. I help create a space where you can take those masks off without fear. You don't have to know the right words. You don't have to have everything figured out. You just have to show up as you are. Together, we'll work through what you're carrying and build tools that feel realistic and fit your real life. If you're tired of pretending and ready for a space where you can just be real, I'd love to support you.
