I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida; and a retired U.S. Navy veteran of over 20 years of military service. I attained my master's in clinical mental health counseling at Nova Southeastern University. I believe in a strong therapeutic relationship that relies on trust, empathy & mutual respect between therapist & client

I have enjoyed working with teens, adults, families and couples in a wide range of ages. Working with clients experiencing depression offers numerous benefits for the clients. These includes: helping the clients regain a sensed of control, develop coping skills, and improver overall mental well-being.
