(she/her)
My mission is to support clients to be the best person they can be by resolving their past, being mindful of the present, and hopeful for the future. I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy to help clients challenge their thoughts to reframe them in efforts of modifying the emotions and behaviors connected to those often negative thoughts and develop the needed coping skills to address future stressors.
Our first session will involve us buildung rapport and learning each other. We will explore your presenting issue and determine what end goal you would like from our time together.
I am a School Psychologist for Pinellas County Schools and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. My professional career has involved work with adolescents and adults. I bring to my therapeutic relationships great communication skills, dedication of support, and a positive attitude of belief and hope.
Are you struggling to be your best you? Is it hard to maintain focus in the her and now because of future worries or past regrets? Let me help you put those thoughts into perspective and support you with resolving past issues and developing a better sense of your locus of control.
