About me

Hola and welcome. I am glad you are here! For the past 15 years, I have had the privilege and opportunity of walking alongside people from all stages of life- children, teens, young adults, adults, older adults, families, and professionals, including employees, supervisors, and directors-helping them navigate life’s challenges and discover new paths toward peace and growth. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Telehealth sessions offer a convenient and private space to connect and work towards positive change. Expect a listening ear, a supportive and caring presence, and a safe, nonjudgmental environment to explore your thoughts and feelings. The goal is to understand your unique experiences and needs. You'll be met where you are in your journey.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Outside of counseling, I love traveling to experience new cultures, spending time with my lovable Lab Pit mix puppy, and deepening my Christian faith. I believe that connection- whether through shared stories, values, or life goals- can be a powerful part of the healing process. If you’re ready to take steps toward change, hope, and growth- reach out today, don't delay!

The clients I'm best positioned to serve
