Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

On our first session, first of all you will feel comfortable and completely understood about what you are going through.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am a very open minded person that would have to judgement about what you are going through or who you are. I believe that I am very good at what I do because I am very present during our sessions. A lot of my clients expressed improvement when working with me and I think it i because I help them feel more confident about accomplishing their mental health goals.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am here to help whoever is a place in their lives to make some positive changes to improve their quality of life.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is good for clients because it teaches them to identify and change negative thought patterns, leading to healthier emotional responses and behaviors. It provides practical coping skills for managing stress, anxiety, depression, and other issues, empowering clients with techniques to overcome present-day challenges and prevent emotional relapse.

Culturally Sensitive Therapy

This therapy benefits clients by fostering a stronger therapeutic alliance through trust and understanding, which leads to more effective treatment and better mental health outcomes.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

This method is good for clients because it helps them develop emotional intelligence and create more positive life thinking by directly addressing their emotions to improve relationships and self-understanding.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

This approach helps clients manage difficult emotions, break negative thought patterns, and respond to challenges with greater clarity and resilience. It helps them to improve self awareness.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

Solution-focused brief therapy is good for clients because it focuses on their strengths and resources to create solutions, rather than dwelling on problems. This approach empowers clients, builds their confidence, and leads to faster, more cost-effective progress by focusing on a preferred future and small, actionable steps
