New to Grow
Hello! I'm a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with over five years of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling lives. I provide a warm, supportive, nonjudgment space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. My approach is tailor to each person's unique needs. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and other emotional or behavioral difficulties. Together, we'll identify your strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward your personal goals at a pace that feels right for you. I treat therapy as a partnership, and I'm committed to helping you feel supported every step of the way.
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, your personal history, and the goals you'd like to achieve. I'll also answer any questions you have about the therapy process and explain how we'll work together.
My approach is compassionate. honest, and goal oriented. I believe meaningful growth happens when clients feel supported while also being challenged to examine the thoughts and beliefs that may be keeping them stuck. I help clients identify and reframe faulty thinking patterns. I encourage clients to move forward with confidence rather than remaining defined by past experiences or current obstacles. Together, we'll focus on creating lasting change by building resilience, increasing self-awareness, and taking intentional steps toward the life you want to live.
My ideal client is someone who is ready to make meaningful changes in their life, even if they're unsure where to begin. They may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, or low self-esteem. However, they're looking for support, guidance, and adaptions of coping skills to move forward. Together, we'll identify obstacles, build on your strengths, and create realistic, achievable steps toward lasting positive change.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and talk therapy to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together we'll identify unhelpful or distorted thinking patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, stress, or other challenges, and replace them with healthier, more balanced ways of thinking.
