Hi, I’m Grace! I work with teens and young adults, ages 13–25, who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, big or overwhelming emotions, unhealthy coping habits, or just having a hard time adjusting to changes in life. I try to keep therapy warm, comfortable, and down-to-earth, so you can feel like you can be yourself and talk openly without worrying about being judged. We’ll work together to better understand what you’re going through, find healthier ways to cope, and figure out what can help you feel more in control and like yourself again. My goal is to meet you where you’re at, listen without judgment, and help you feel supported while we work through whatever life is throwing your way.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Qualified Supervisor with over 30 years of experience helping children, adults, older adults, and families navigate life's challenges with compassion, hope, and practical support. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working in schools, hospice care, healthcare, and private practice. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of grief, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, chronic illness, emotional regulation, and the importance of healthy relationships. I also have a passion for supporting neurodivergent children and partnering with parents to better understand their child's unique strengths, challenges, and way of experiencing the world. My approach is warm, genuine, and collaborative. I believe lasting change begins when you feel safe, heard, and truly understood. Therapy should feel like a conversation, not something intimidating. Together, we'll build on your strengths, develop practical tools, and help you move forward with confidence and renewed hope. I believe growth happens through connection, compassion, and understanding, and that even small steps can lead to meaningful change. I tailor therapy to each person's unique needs, using research-supported, evidence-based approaches that foster self-awareness, strengthen relationships, build healthy coping skills, and help you navigate life's challenges with resilience. If your relationship with God is an important part of your life, it will be welcomed and honored throughout the counseling process. We can thoughtfully integrate biblical principles, prayer, and research-supported, evidence-based therapy to support emotional, spiritual, and personal growth. Wherever you are in your journey, I'd be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward greater peace, resilience, and renewed purpose.

From an early age, I felt a strong calling to help others and found deep fulfillment in making a positive difference in people’s lives. Raised in an immigrant family with limited resources, I joined the military as a way to pursue my education and create new opportunities for myself. During my time in the military, I relocated frequently and had the privilege of connecting with individuals from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and belief systems. These experiences shaped my understanding of how our differences enrich us, while also recognizing how they can create internal struggles, relational challenges, and emotional stress. This perspective led me to pursue a career in social work. Today, I am committed to providing compassionate, culturally responsive care and supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change—one person at a time. It is so hard to try to tell your life story to a stranger, but just know I'm here to help you find the strength you thought you lost but is just hiding deep in you. We will work together to help you achieve your goals. Spanish: Es my dificil contarle su historia a un estrano, pero yo estoy aqui para ayudarle a encontrar su fuerza interior para mejorar.

Hello, I'm Jane originally born and raised in N.J. and living in Florida since 2017. I've been practicing mental health therapy for 40+ years in the field and in private practice. I enjoy working with clients and helping them through the therapy process and achieve their goals. Originally, I was planning on becoming an anthropologist and studying with Dr. Margaret Mead, however, my career plans changed when I realized that my own family had difficulties in communicating with each other. I wanted to study and help other families learn to talk to one another. From seeing families, this turned into seeing children-teens, couples, and adults. I find it very rewarding to help clients through a difficult time.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida who works with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that therapy should feel both supportive and practical. I draw from person-centered therapy, CBT, ACT, psychodynamic approaches, mindfulness, and other evidence-based tools depending on what fits each person best. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Some clients benefit from learning concrete skills and strategies, while others need space to better understand their patterns, relationships, emotions, and past experiences. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest without feeling judged, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and work toward meaningful changes that actually fit your life. My experience includes working with adults, geriatrics, children and women in outpatient and inpatient settings. Hello, I am Fabiola Desire. Thank you for choosing me and you are in great hands! The reason I choose to be in this is field is that my Haitian grandmother taught to me to see the good in people and show compassion to others. I am a product of Haitian immigrant parents and saw the lack of mental health services in the community. I want to be able to get you through your life challenges. I have provided a safe place you to share the most sensitive moments in your life. Therapy can be difficult as we discussed vulnerable and sensitive events they may have happened in your life. Hello, I’m Carmen Bales, LCSW. I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a background in hospice and medical social work, where I’ve spent many years supporting people through grief, chronic stress, life transitions, and uncertainty. In therapy, I offer a calm, supportive space for adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally stuck—even when they appear “high-functioning” on the outside. My approach is integrative and person-centered, drawing from talk therapy, expressive arts, and body-based (somatic) awareness to help clients reconnect with themselves and make sense of what they are carrying. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and Certified Grief-Informed Professional (CGIP), I bring specialized training to our work together. Additionally, I hold a Comprehensive 3-Year Certification in Intermodal Expressive Arts. You do not need to feel “creative” to work with me. Expressive and reflective tools are used gently and always at your comfort level. I believe healing begins with being seen, understood, and supported—rather than being rushed to fix or change yourself. If you choose to have sessions with me, you will be truly seen

Hi, my name is Luz, my pronouns are she/her/hers, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I worked as a teacher for over 15 years before making the journey into a community mental health career. I have experience in mobile crisis response, trauma, forensic mental health concerns. To explain who I am as a therapist, I reflect back to my role as an educator. In the classroom, there was a movement for the teacher to be less of a “sage on the stage” (teacher-centered approach) and more of a “guide on the side” (student-centered). To me, therapy is a lesson plan for a learning experience. It's a guide to develop what the client needs to learn in order to cope with whatever barriers are showing up in the client's life, whether that barrier is an internal issue, such as self-image, or how to cope with work stress. My therapeutic perspective is to provide empathetic, non-judgmental, compassionate guidance and support in an atmosphere of respect and safety while allowing clients to be the experts of their lives, much like “a co-pilot, a sous chef, or an assistant manager” of a client-therapist relationship. I use solution-focused elements to help move toward desired goals, cognitive behavioral techniques to challenge unhelpful thoughts, and motivational interviewing to help gain understanding and clarity. Outside of traditional therapy, I enjoy the practices of mindfulness, guided meditation, aromatherapy, and Reiki. Finding a therapist that's the right fit can be a challenging task, but taking that first step towards a healthier you is worth it. I look forward to working with you to help break down those barriers and make progress in areas that most matter to you.
