Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my Masters from the CAU University of Florida and have been practicing for 15 years. I help adults struggling with depression/anxiety to improve their general mental state and be able to function better in daily life activities. Throughout my time in counseling I have been able to help many clients overcome their problems that limit them from functioning at their full potential.
