I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who takes a person-centered approach to therapy, focusing on creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space. I work collaboratively with clients to understand their experiences, build on their strengths, and identify meaningful goals for growth. I approach each session with a semi-structured style, that allows for free and open expression. My style is warm and practical, combining evidence-based techniques with genuine empathy to support lasting change.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, background, and goals so we can begin to understand what support will be most helpful for you. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable! Each step of the day during this visit, is led by you. There’s no pressure to tell your whole story right away. We’ll also talk about what you hope to get out of therapy and start identifying a direction that feels right for you. My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and at ease as we begin working together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths are creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood, and helping them translate insight into practical change. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and attachment-based therapy, tailoring treatment to each person’s needs and goals. I focus on identifying strengths, building effective coping skills, and improving emotional regulation and relationships. Clients often appreciate my collaborative style, where we work together to set goals and track meaningful progress over time.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

am best positioned to support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, or life transitions who are ready to better understand themselves and make meaningful changes. I work well with clients who want both practical coping tools and a supportive space for self-reflection. Using a person-centered approach, I meet clients where they are and collaborate on goals that fit their needs and values. My focus is on creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, build on their strengths, and develop skills for lasting growth.
