I work primarily with the LGBTQ+ community. I am multi-cultural, compassionate, and empowering. I will help you uncover, discover & discard blocks that are prevent you from living the life you want to live. Life is too short to remain stuck. My practice is focused on mindfulness practices aimed at emotional regulations. I value talk therapies but also incorporate energy, body centered breath work and mindfulness, grounding practices.

Mayte de la Mata was warm and professional. She was directly engaged in me, and what I was saying to her. She asked the proper qualifying questions, when necessary…but, did not stop flow. She made me feel very comfortable and I trusted in her guidance. She is amazing!! So very lucky to have found her!
