Everyone has a unique story related to their life experiences, current and past circumstances, and situations of daily living. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My modality of practice comes from a holistic approach, incorporating important elements of the self; mind, body and spirit. In this same capacity I combine different modalities of school of practice such as CBT, DBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Psychoanalysis, Humanistic Psychology, Creative Arts Therapy, and Mindfulness. These modalities are based on your needs, and simply what works best for you, not the “one shoe fits all” approach.

I work with people from all walks of life facing emotional challenges such as Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, ADHD, Trauma, family conflict and overall life stressors. My proficiency in working with people from different cultures, socioeconomic background, religion/spiritual belief, has allowed me to practice cultural competency skills, much needed in establishing this therapy alliance.
