My modality of practice comes from a holistic approach, incorporating important elements of the self; mind, body and spirit. In this same capacity I combine different modalities of school of practice such as CBT, DBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Psychoanalysis, Humanistic Psychology, Creative Arts Therapy, and Mindfulness. These modalities are based on your needs, and simply what works best for you, not the “one shoe fits all” approach.
