My name is Brian, and I’m honored you’re considering me for your therapy journey. Since I can remember I have enjoyed teaching, mentoring and, coaching. I have a unique background in crisis management, trauma, EMDR, and substance abuse. I use a straightforward but non-judgmental approach in providing guidance and alternatives to one’s given situation. I enjoy helping my clients learn new and updated methods of building resiliency, coping skills, and conflict management via an integrative, and solution-focused approach.
Deciding to create change takes courage, dedication, and determination. We are happy that you have chosen to consider us as your provider and partner in your life story. It may feel overwhelming, frightening, or like walking a tightrope at times; it takes humility to begin again. Here we will help you achieve your goals. Thank you for considering us.
I often use an Integrative Approach with aspects of CBT, DBT, Solution & motivation Focused techniques, trauma-informed CBT, EMDR, and Radical Honesty. This helps clients by providing a well-structured approach with clear direction. I also have a diverse background in law enforcement and as a veteran.
I am licensed and current in my EMDR. I use this approach regularly with patients who have experienced trauma, anxiety, loss, and grief. This approach has been helpful for people who suffer from chronic issues.
I have trained SFBT and currently facilitate a course I created using a solution-focused technique approach.
CBT works extremely well, especially when blended and toiled based on your needs and circumstances.
I will use various other techniques, such as Internalized Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral, and Trauma-Focused Techniques, to achieve your goals.
