Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) located in California. I have worked in many different roles for various organizations with diverse populations. I have had success in helping others to gain more awareness in harnessing their own abilities to develop effective coping skills and strategies to help them find balance in their lives and to become self-sufficient in addressing their mental health challenges.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
The first session is the opportunity for me to learn why a client is seeking out treatment and also an opportunity to for the client to ensure that I am the right fit for them to help address their reasons for seeking treatment.

I'm an attentive listener and I am able to establish rapport with most clients during the first session.

I am open to provide clinical services to clients from all walks of life. I've worked with client's as young as five and upwards to the age of 90+. I enjoy meeting new clients and helping them to make progress in improving their lives.

I use this treatment method to help clients see the connections between their emotions, thoughts and actions. Once this awareness is attained then I guide client's to find their ability to influence change from within towards finding balance within their lives.
Faith based therapy
I believe that the mind, body and spirit are all in need of balance for optimal mental health to be achieved. I specialize in the Christian faith.
