What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session is focused on me getting to know you better. I gather information so that we can create a treatment plan together while at the same time documenting to insurance the reason for us to meet.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I will provide a safe place for you to share in a caring and nurturing space. I am also bilingual in Spanish and can connect with you in the language that best meets your needs.

My treatment methods

Strength-Based

Everyone has learned coping skills that get us through life. My goal is for you to discover what your strengths are so that you can use them to cope with life's ongoing challenges.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

The cognitive triangle explains that how we think creates positive or negative feelings in us. It is important to understand our thought process and figure out how to change the negative feelings sometimes create by depression or stressful situations to over come challenges.
