This is your invitation to breathe. To begin again. You’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. You’ve been strong for so long. But strength doesn’t mean going it alone. If you're feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected, therapy can offer a space to slow down and feel supported, without pressure or judgment.
Hi, I’m Kimberly, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping adults navigate anxiety, burnout, grief, life transitions, and the stress that can leave you feeling stuck or disconnected from yourself.
I believe therapy should feel like a conversation with someone who truly listens while also helping you build practical skills that create lasting change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop healthier ways to cope, and work toward goals that align with the life you want to create.
I’m especially interested in the connection between mental and physical wellness. Whether we’re talking about stress, sleep, routines, relationships, or lifestyle habits, I believe healing happens when we care for the whole person, not just the symptoms.
Seeking therapy takes courage, and you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel understood, challenged when needed, and empowered to move forward with confidence.
Life can be overwhelming, and you don't have to face it alone. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, therapy can help you gain clarity, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I work with adults from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, using evidence-based approaches that are both compassionate and practical. My goal is to help you gain insight while also equipping you with the skills needed to create lasting change beyond the therapy office.

I’m Andrea Claiborne, LCSW, therapist, author, wife, mother, and the owner and CEO of QuoVadis Counseling PLLC.
At QuoVadis Counseling, I believe therapy is more than simply addressing what has happened in your life—it’s about understanding where you are, discovering where you want to go, and developing the tools to help you get there. QuoVadis is Latin for “Where are you going?” and that question is at the heart of my practice.

My name is Amanda and I have worked in the mental health field for 10 years. My primary role in the field is as a supervisor in a crisis mental health center; however, I find purpose in working one-on-one with individuals seeking counseling, as well! As an LCSW, I believe in empowering my clients to be or become the most authentic and genuinely happy version of themselves and I stand beside my clients as we navigate that journey together. I look forward to working with you!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience. I pride myself in continued educational enhancement. With my education, experience, and continued growth, I can help my client to see the counseling session as a rewarding experience and an oasis of serenity. I have serviced a wide population and demographic to include clients from age 6 to 97 years old; all with various ethnicities, income status, occupation, and of course "need"
I am a licensed professional counselor dedicated to supporting individuals, families, and groups through life’s challenges. My practice is grounded in creating a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences and work toward meaningful goals. I draw on extensive experience across schools, hospitals, shelters, and community agencies to help clients build resilience, insight, and overall well-being.
I believe in the person-centered approach. I meet you where you are. I work across the life span, with my youngest patient being age 3 and my oldest patient being in their 80s. Each person is different and comes from a different experience, so I work from a holistic approach. Whether it's depression, anxiety, ADHD, Autism, OCD, trauma or some other issue, no one experiences symptoms the exact same way. Therefore, their treatment should not be a cookie cutter approach. Over my 15 years experience, I have been able to meet many people along the way through working in the school system, to inpatient facilities and outpatient services. I look foward to meeting you and working together to meet your needs.
I believe people are incredibly resilient and capable of healing with the right support. I don't just believe in counseling—I believe in people. In fact, I believe in you, even if you don't believe in yourself yet. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Army veteran, mother, and writer, I understand that life can be both beautiful and challenging. I bring both professional training and lived experience to the counseling relationship.
I have specialized training in DBT, CBT, and Christian counseling, allowing me to tailor therapy to each person's unique needs and values. My Christian faith is central to who I am, and I gladly integrate biblical principles into counseling for clients who request it while providing compassionate, respectful care to individuals from all backgrounds. It is my joy to help others discover hope, healing, and a renewed sense of purpose.
I try to create a collaborative relationship between myself and the client. I have the belief that our thoughts are directly connected to how we feel. By working with clients to solve present-day problems it helps the client approach a stronger and healthier sense of self by focusing on the actual lived experience of a person. By helping clients gradually face and come to realize that their assumptions, evaluations and beliefs might be unhealthy and unrealistic. Having the client be aware even after they have learned to recognize when and where their mental processes have gone wrong, it can in some cases take considerable time or effort to replace a dysfunctional process or habit with a more reasonable and adaptive one.

Hello! My name is Meredith. I am an LPC, and have been in private practice since 2021. I am deeply passionate about what I do and I'm so glad to be getting started on Grow. As a therapist, I intentionally try to bring my most genuine and authentic self to my clients. I know how crucial this is as the basis of a productive working relationship. My sessions are primarily client-led, meaning I will prioritize what feels most prescient to you on a given day, and meet you where you are. At the same time, I will help ensure that we are consistently working toward your specific goals. I feel that the best therapeutic outcomes come from the most secure and trusting counseling relationships, and that is what I try to provide. It is probably also important for any potential client to know that my office will always be a safe space for all, regardless of belonging to any underserved, disenfranchised community.
When I am not at work, I love cooking, all things macabre and scary- books, movies, podcasts, and I love reading and hanging out with my family. I am passionate about all kinds of art and the written word. I recently took up archery, and it is a great outlet. Otherwise, I am an indoor type of gal, especially in the summer. I am quick to laugh, and will often crack a joke at my own expense.

I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship challenges, family conflict, and life transitions in a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. I’m Ashley Estimable, LCSW. I provide warm, evidence-based telehealth therapy for clients in Florida and Virginia who are navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, relationship stress, life transitions, and the pressure of seeming “high-functioning” while feeling overwhelmed underneath. My style is collaborative, practical, and grounded. I value culturally responsive care and believe therapy should honor the context you carry, including identity, family expectations, culture, work, relationships, and lived experience.
Welcome and well done on navigating this difficult step of finding care. I'm Amber, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia where I have practiced for the past five years. I work with adult (18+) clients undergoing life transitions and looking to improve their emotional wellbeing, self-care, and attitude towards themselves.
A particular area of interest and training for me is strengthening the connection people have with nature and community.
Welcome—I’m truly glad you’re here. I bring a warm, grounded, and collaborative approach to this work, shaped by graduating with honors in my Master’s program and earning my Bachelor’s in Social Work with a Minor in Human Services. With 17 years of experience supporting at‑risk youth and families across Illinois, Kansas, and Missouri—and roughly five years in a direct therapeutic role—I’ve learned that healing is most powerful when mind, body, and spirit are invited into the process.
My background includes specialized training in DBT, ASIST, trauma‑responsive care, and emerging work with elders through grief support and medical assessments. My practice continues to expand as I deepen my understanding of military culture and the unique stressors faced by Service Members, Veterans, and their families. I integrate training in reintegration support, deployment‑related stress, and identity transitions to help military‑connected clients navigate life with clarity and strength. I am honored to now offer supportive therapeutic services to clients in the state of Virginia.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Somatic Therapy remains one of my first passions and is available for in‑person sessions. This body‑based approach helps clients release stored tension, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with the wisdom of their physical and emotional selves. When the body softens, the mind opens—and healing becomes more accessible, more intuitive, and more aligned.
My work is guided by a simple belief:
~When people feel safe, seen, and supported, they naturally move toward wholeness.~
It’s an honor to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself and step into a life that feels grounded, authentic, and spiritually aligned.
When life feels heavy, confusing, or harder to manage than it used to, having the right support can make all the difference. I began working in the mental health field 20 years ago after earning my undergraduate degree from Averett University, and later returned to school to earn my Master’s in Counseling from Old Dominion University. Over the course of my career, I have worked with a wide range of individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, psychosis, crisis situations, and chronic stress. Many of the people I support come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in survival mode, or unsure how to move forward. My goal is to provide a steady, compassionate space where you can feel understood, build coping skills, and begin working toward greater clarity, stability, and emotional well-being.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor in CT, SC and VA, nationally certified counselor (NCC), certified life coach, yoga instructor, and Reiki practitioner/master, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), integrative wellness (mind, body, spirit), mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and solution-focused approaches to support your growth. Each session is tailored to your unique needs and designed to empower you to move forward with resilience and confidence. Let’s work together to help you feel more like yourself and create a life you’re excited to live.
Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflict, or major life changes begin to take over. My goal is to provide a place where you feel heard, respected, and challenged to grow. I believe therapy should be more than simply talking about problems—it should help you develop practical tools that create lasting change.
Before becoming a therapist, I had careers in oceanography and motorsports, experiences that taught me resilience, discipline, and the importance of adapting when life takes unexpected turns. For more than a decade, I've had the privilege of working with adolescents, adults, veterans, and families in outpatient, hospital, and residential settings. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, anger, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, we'll work together to understand what's keeping you there and develop realistic strategies for moving forward.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and solution-focused. I primarily utilize Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and motivational techniques to help clients identify unhealthy thinking patterns, improve emotional regulation, and build healthier relationships. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel both supported and appropriately challenged.
We are all unique, and so is what we need. My therapeutic approach is holistic mixed with a cognitive-humanistic style designed with the client as the center. I do not tell you what is best for you or what direction you should be going in, instead I help you determine what you want, where you want to be, and how you will get there. Then I support you on that journey by providing the encouragement, support, information, and realness needed to stay focused and succeed.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, awkward, or like something you’ve been putting off for way too long—and however you’re showing up, you’re allowed to come in exactly as you are.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (practicing psychotherapy since 2022 with prior experience in HR and Coaching) who focuses on creating a space where you don’t have to filter yourself or “get it right.” If your thoughts feel all over the place, if you don’t know where to start, or if part of you is unsure this will even help—that’s okay. We’ll figure it out together.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, occupational stress, identity questions, relationship matters (kink and polyamory friendly), and feeling stuck in patterns that aren’t working anymore.
I also have experience working with more complex emotional and personality-related concerns, including Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder (OCPD). A lot of my clients are used to holding it all together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, reactive, or exhausted on the inside—and are ready for something to actually shift.
My style is supportive but real. I’m here to listen, but also to help you understand what’s going on beneath the surface and start making changes that feel meaningful—not just temporary — via skills that go beyond breathwork.
I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and am currently pursuing a second Master’s in Applied Psychology, which reflects my commitment to continuing to grow and deepen the way I support my clients.
Outside of therapy, I’m into houseplants, video games, and spending time with my dogs—which mostly just means I understand the need for both structure and an escape sometimes.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Certified, I take a holistic, client-centered approach to therapy. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, strengths-based, and solution-focused techniques to help clients navigate life's challenges, build healthy coping skills, and create lasting change. I work collaboratively with clients to help them make sense of what they are experiencing, build healthier coping skills, and move toward greater emotional balance, resilience, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them.
For more than 20 years, I've had the privilege of supporting children, teens, adults, and families through some of life's most difficult moments. My experience spans medical, mental health, and hospice settings, and each role has strengthened my belief that healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and supported.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), using a strengths-based, person-centered approach that recognizes each person's unique story, abilities, and potential. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where clients and families can build resilience, develop practical skills, and move forward with confidence.
My approach is faith-informed, evidence-based, and rooted in compassion. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, behavioral challenges, or life's unexpected transitions, I'm committed to walking alongside you every step of the way.

These experiences have deepened my appreciation for the resilience of the people I serve and reinforced my belief that meaningful change is possible, even during life's most difficult moments. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change. While I work as a full-time school counselor and part-time therapist, supporting others has always been at the center of my work.
I have experience working with clients across the lifespan, from children to older adults, with a particular focus on adolescents and young adults. My approach is authentic, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that growth happens when we combine self-awareness with intentional action. I value healthy boundaries, prioritize self-care, and encourage clients to build sustainable habits that support their well-being.
Hi- I’m Heather! I’m a licensed clinical social worker offering telehealth therapy in the state of Virginia. One of my greatest professional passions is introducing clients to EMDR therapy! I am an EMDR trained therapist working toward obtaining EMDR certification and am actively accepting new clients who are interested in exploring EMDR.
If you’ve tried talk therapy before and found that you’ve hit a wall, you’re not alone. Talk therapy may help us gain new insights into our patterns of behavior or relationship dynamics, but we often still have trouble changing the way we respond to particular triggers. Despite years of talk therapy, many of us find that there is still an unbridgeable gap between what our rational thinking brain knows and our felt sense of truth. Do you cognitively believe that you are not a bad/unworthy/unloved person but deep in your body you cannot shake the sense that these core beliefs are true? EMDR can help resolve this disconnect.
Talk therapy work is done in the left hemisphere of the brain (this is the part of the brain where logical, rational thought occurs). But trauma is stored in the RIGHT hemisphere of the brain and the limbic system. Language does not easily address memories or beliefs stored in this part of the body and you may stay stuck living with maladaptive core beliefs and reliving traumatic memories until you can incorporate your RIGHT side of your brain in therapy. EMDR is one way of doing this.
EMDR operates under the theory that the brain has a natural system in place to move toward adaptive resolution. Trauma blocks this system preventing us from fully processing our memories. EMDR reactivates this system, allowing our brain to fully integrate trauma so we can be free to live life on our own terms.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I started out my professional journey in Tennessee in 2010. I was licensed in Tennessee in 2015. I moved to New Mexico in 2019 and then to Virginia in 2022. My therapy techniques tend to be eclectic with mainly person centered (focusing on rapport and the therapeutic relationship), cognitive behavioral (looking at thought patterns), and creative techniques. I currently see people virtually but eventually hope to expand to see people in person and also have group therapy.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider who brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to my work with adolescents and adults. My clinical expertise spans outpatient, inpatient, and residential settings. I specializes in working with adult women experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, bipolar disorder, and trauma. Clients often describe me as inquisitive, personable, and easy to talk to. Hello! My name is Kara Michelle Karr and I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor who loves working with people to help them improve their lives, work toward goals and feel better! It is an honor and a privilege to work with each individual. Everyone is unique and has their own reasons for getting into counseling. I am currently providing telehealth counseling to individuals from anywhere in Virginia.
Naemmy Thompson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia and New Jersey. She has practiced in Virginia since 2015 and has spent most of her career in New Jersey. With 13 years of experience, Naemmy supports individuals who have experienced trauma and hardship, including sexual abuse, domestic violence, loss, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. She provides couples counseling using the marriage links approach and offers a Christian perspective for clients who wish to incorporate faith into their mental health journey. Naemmy’s practice is person-centered, recognizing clients as experts in their own lives while guiding them through interpersonal change and healing. She also uses Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address thought distortions resulting from trauma.
I am a First-Gen multilingual therapist supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through life’s challenges. I integrate play therapy, family therapy, trauma-informed care, and attachment-based therapy. I am BIPOC and LGBTQIA+-affirming that has lived on five continents, served in the Peace Corps, and speak French, Wolof, Spanish, and Fulani. I specialize in child and adolescent therapy and family therapy for trauma by tapping into their own resources of connection, creativity, and compassion. Whether using play therapy to help a child express what words can't, or family therapy to rebuild trust and communication at home, I approach each session with a trauma-informed lens and an open heart.
I am an expert in mental health who helps clients reduce depression, anxiety, ADHD symptoms, Hypomania symptoms; while making major life transitions in the domains of career and employment, important relationships, and grief/loss. Developing an identity and self that believes in change towards wellness is where we begin. I challenge clients, I ask questions, I direct and I redirect.
I hold a few spaces on my calendar for women who want to understand the impact of chaotic childhoods and childhood trauma where the threat of violence was too often present.
I support clients in getting comfortable with being assessed for medications to treat the above conditions, when I recognize medication as the best possible course along side regular psychotherapy.
I work best with clients who are highly motivated and take responsibility for how they make major life transitions.
I am a licensed professional counselor in Virginia with 12+ years of professional work experience. I hold a BA in psychology, MA in clinical psychology, MA in educational leadership, PhD in counselor education and supervision, and a DBA with a focus in management.
When I work with clients, listening to understand instead of hearing to respond is a priority. I believe it is imperative that I develop a sound understanding of my client's subjective worldview to meet them where they are and disrupt maladaptive thoughts and patterns of behavior. My objective is to collaborate with my clients in order to help them identify, address, and resolve matters that reinforce and/or contribute to their presenting concern(s).
I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, anxiety, adjustment issues, college and career readiness, couples, depression, family dynamics, gender identity, identity development, LGBT+, non-traditional relationships, men's issues.
In our work together, I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
I believe that collaboration and partnership are what yields the best results in therapy and this is reflected in how we talk about goals and what "progress" looks like for each individual client. My aim is to empower clients and bring them closer to what is most important and meaningful to them.
I believe that each person is the expert of their own experience. Through the lenses of compassion and resilience-focused approaches, we will build insight to gain a better understanding of your past and present experiences and how these impact your relationships, behaviors, beliefs, and quality of life.
I describe myself as a grounded, authentic, and collaborative therapist who balances a warm heart with a highly practical, real world approach to healing. I’m not the type to just sit back and nod silently; I am right there in the trenches with you, bringing my genuine, slightly nerdy self to every session, and I believe everyone has an inner resilience waiting to be unlocked!
My life is full, beautifully chaotic, and deeply rewarding. As a spouse and a mother of four, including a wonderful child who is autistic, I intimately understand what it feels like to manage a million moving parts. I know the exhaustion of a racing mind, the weight of sensory and emotional overload, and the delicate art of balancing family, transitions, and personal growth. Because of these lived experiences, I bring a deeply human, judgment-free perspective to my practice.
In sessions, we will use evidence-based tools like CBT and DBT to actively build a practical toolkit for your daily life. We will work as a team to quiet the internal noise, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and master concrete skills to regulate intense emotions.
For clients who desire it, I gladly incorporate a Christ-centered approach, utilizing scripture and prayer as an anchor for our clinical work. However, if you are currently facing a painful crisis of faith or spiritual burnout, I offer a safe harbor to process those doubts without a shred of judgment.
Ultimately, I meet you exactly where you are. My goal is to help you calm the chaos, break through emotional blocks, and reclaim your peace.
I help high-functioning adults reconnect with themselves and learn to trust their own judgment again.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable adults who have spent years taking care of everyone else while quietly struggling themselves. They often appear successful on the outside but privately feel anxious, emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who they used to be.
You may be recovering from betrayal, navigating a difficult relationship or divorce, struggling with perfectionism or people-pleasing, healing from trauma, or facing a major life transition. Somewhere along the way, you may have begun second-guessing yourself, losing confidence in your instincts, or wondering why life feels so much harder than it looks from the outside.
My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. Together, we'll make sense of the patterns keeping you stuck, calm your nervous system, reduce shame, strengthen healthy boundaries, and build the confidence to make choices that align with your values instead of fear or self-doubt. Therapy should leave you feeling understood, supported, and equipped with practical tools that make everyday life feel lighter.
There are times in our lives when circumstances require us to draw from the resources around us. I am glad you are taking the brave step of asking for support. If you are dealing with feeling overwhelmed and having worrisome thoughts, I want to help you! It is an honor to be able to walk this journey of healing and wellness with my clients. Together we will discover your strengths and focus on solutions. If you are motivated and committed to therapy, you will be on your way to feeling like yourself again soon.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with women navigating relationship anxiety, attachment wounds, self-abandonment, and recurring relational patterns. Many of the women I work with are highly capable in other areas of life but feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure whether what they’re feeling in relationships is anxiety, fear, or intuition. My work helps clients reconnect to themselves with greater clarity, self-trust, emotional safety, and authenticity.
I am a licensed professional counselor with over 15 years of experience guiding individuals, couples, and families toward healing and transformation. As a retired veteran, pastor, and therapist, I bring a unique blend of professional expertise, life experience, and faith-based wisdom to my practice. I believe true healing starts with prayer. Prayer is the lifeline to our relationship with God, the foundation of our healing process. In our pursuit of health and restoration, prayer validates our deep-seated desires for renewal and supports our mental and physical well-being. It ignites a direct line to God’s heart, where healing is amplified, and transformation takes place. Through this connection, we gain strength, clarity, and the ability to navigate life’s challenges with faith and resilience.

Hello! I aim to help you grow through what you go through. I’m someone who truly values depth, authenticity, and connection, and I show up to this work with a lot of curiosity and care. I genuinely want to understand you, not just what you are going through, but how you experience the world.
I’m driven by compassion and empathy, and I focus on building a strong, trusting relationship where you feel safe enough to be real, whether that looks messy, uncertain, or still unfolding. I earned my Master's degree from Troy University and work with clients ages 15-64 who are ready to move beyond simply surviving and begin living with greater purpose, balance, and self-compassion.
Many of the people I work with are caregivers, teachers, first responders, healthcare professionals, military veterans, parents of children with special needs, and others who spend their lives caring for everyone else while quietly carrying too much themselves. They often struggle with trauma, burnout, anxiety, relationship challenges, or the persistent feeling that no matter how hard they try, they are never "enough."
My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and tailored to your unique goals and strengths. I believe healing begins by meeting you exactly where you are. Through this flexible and compassionate approach, I help clients build insight, strengthen resilience, and move toward lasting, meaningful change.
For over 13 years, I have dedicated my practice to supporting women as they navigate the many demands of modern life. I understand firsthand what it means to move between worlds. Growing up in Brooklyn as the daughter of immigrant parents, and now living in South Florida, I have been shaped by diverse cultures, communities, and perspectives. My love of travel has deepened that curiosity about the human experience. In the therapy room, this translates into a genuine ability to meet you where you are regardless of your background, your story, or how far from yourself you may feel right now.
I am a compassionate mental health counselor with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals, children, and families. I have experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and family and relationship concerns. I am especially passionate about working with children ages 8 and older, helping them develop emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, and build resilience in ways that are developmentally appropriate and supportive.
I strive to create a therapy space that feels safe, supportive, and down-to-earth. My approach is compassionate, honest, and collaborative. I want clients to feel understood and not judged, while also feeling supported in making meaningful changes. In my practice, I help clients better understand themselves, recognize patterns, build coping skills, and move toward healing at a pace that feels manageable.

Hi, I’m Ash! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, self esteem, perfectionism, people pleasing, and difficulties with emotional regulation.
I believe therapy should be more than just a place to vent. It should be a place where real change happens. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and goal oriented. Together, we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck, develop practical coping skills, gain insight into unhelpful patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I integrate evidence based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness based interventions, and Motivational Interviewing. Every client is different, so I tailor therapy to your unique needs, goals, and experiences rather than taking a one size fits all approach.

I’ll provide honest feedback, ask thoughtful questions, gently challenge unhelpful patterns, and help you build practical strategies you can use outside of our sessions. My goal is for you to leave each appointment feeling heard, supported, and equipped with tools that make a difference in your everyday life.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling with relationships, navigating a major life change, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll work together to help you build confidence, improve emotional well being, and create a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.

You may find yourself feeling things that don’t seem to make sense. You feel like you should be happy, able to manage it all, or that you shouldn’t feel stressed or worried because your problems don’t seem ‘big enough.’ Maybe you’re dealing with changes—whether planned or unexpected—that are difficult to navigate. Perhaps areas of life are being negatively impacted by stress related to the current state of the world.
Hi! I’m Gina, and I specialize in empowering people to uncover the valid reasons behind their thoughts, feelings, and actions. I love helping clients reach those ‘light bulb’ moments when they begin to understand themselves in a new way and realize they’re not inherently flawed. Together, we explore how your thoughts, feelings, and responses truly make sense, allowing you to see yourself with greater compassion and clarity.
I work with older adolescents and adults facing anxiety, past or recent trauma, life transitions, ADHD, and depression. My approach is strengths-based, focusing on the whole person to support genuine well-being. Through a straightforward, down-to-earth style, I engage with clients using proven techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR, creating a supportive space to build resilience and foster growth.
Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and I am passionate about working with people, helping them find peace, healing, and resolution. I do not use a predetermined approach, but rather, I tailor the therapeutic experience to meet each individual's needs and treatment goals. Our goals will be centered around helping you establish coping skills in order to build your confidence to overcome life's challenges. I want to help you overcome your internal battles you thought were impossible.
I am a firm believer that every encounter in our life causes change in all parties involved, no matter how small the encounter. Even if the client and I agree or disagree about us being a good fit we are both changed. We might not notice the change at first, but it's there. I try to bring my 100% to every session and I hope my clients do the same with the understanding that our 100% changes everyday due to life situations. I do share personal experiences with clients if it is appropriate to do so and I feel it would benefit the client. I am a mom of three young children and a wife, so I understand how life can get busy and overwhelming at times. I live to call these times our Life's Storms and just by getting through the day(s) even if it just barely getting by; by clients choosing to try to continue on even at the hardest points in the Life's Storms they are Braving Life's Storms. This doesn't mean that are aren't time when clients will have thoughts of wanting to just pause life, or run away and start over because that is normal and coming to counseling to seek help is brave and hard in and of itself.
Hi! I'm Tasha- a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who truly enjoys walking alongside individuals and couples as they navigate life’s changes, relationships, and the moments that feel overwhelming or uncertain. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can exhale, be yourself, and feel genuinely heard. Together, we’ll sort through what’s weighing on you, build practical tools that actually fit your life, and create healthier patterns that feel more aligned with who you are becoming. My hope is that you leave our work feeling lighter, clearer, and more confident in moving forward.
I identify as a strength-based, person-centered therapist, and I believe that everyone has inherent assets that can be utilized towards individual goals and aspirations. I believe in engaging in inclusive, authentic professional relationships that respect, honor and enhance our unique motivations and perspectives. I am committed to creating a nurturing and inspiring environment, and providing the support and guidance that promotes health, healing and harmony.
Are stress, anxiety, relationship struggles, or life changes starting to take over? Do you feel stuck in worry, low mood, or patterns shaped by past experiences? If something is holding you back, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface and focus on building clarity, learning practical tools, and creating a path that helps you feel more steady, confident, and in control.
I know how easy it is to become the person everyone depends on while quietly carrying stress, pressure, anxiety, or emotional pain underneath the surface. Many of the clients I work with are high functioning professionals, caregivers, parents, and leaders who are used to pushing through life while putting their own emotional needs on the back burner. Over time, that emotional weight can start showing up in relationships, work, sleep, mood, self esteem, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself.
My goal as a therapist is to create a space where you no longer feel like you have to hold everything together alone.
I specialize in EMDR therapy and work with adults and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is warm, grounded, and direct. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation with someone who is present, engaged, and genuinely invested in helping you heal and grow.
Together, we will explore not only what is happening in the present, but also how past experiences may still be shaping the way you think, feel, react, and connect with others today. EMDR can help reduce the emotional intensity connected to painful experiences so you can move through life with greater clarity, confidence, and peace.
With over 16 years of experience in mental health and substance use recovery, I am passionate about helping people move out of survival mode and feel more emotionally connected, balanced, and like themselves again.
I provide virtual therapy to clients in Georgia, Florida, and Virginia.
Hello,
My name is Cindy Bill and I am a Psychotherapist/Clinical Social Worker licensed in Virginia, Delaware and Illinois. It is my hope that I can come alongside you to aid in the challenges that life may be presenting to you. We can all feel overwhelmed by life stressors. It is my purpose to help you find answers that will work for you in your life and help you create your own life worth living.
I am a Clinical Psychologist who loves to help people learn new ways of managing problems with mood and stress. You are the expert on who you are and what you're going through, and I want you to share that expertise. My goal is to listen to gain an understanding of what could be helpful, and to offer tools that have been shown to help address the problems you are facing.
I’m a therapist who works with teens (13–17) and adults (18+) who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck in their heads, or just tired of holding everything together on their own. A lot of the people I work with look like they’re doing “fine” on the outside, but inside they’re dealing with anxiety, stress, low mood, or feeling like they’re falling behind in school, work, relationships, or life in general.
In therapy, I offer a space where you don’t have to filter yourself or pretend you’re okay. Together, we focus on making sense of what you’re feeling, finding practical ways to cope, and helping you feel more grounded and in control of your day-to-day life. The goal is simple: to help you feel more like yourself again, with tools that actually fit your real life.

Welcome! I'm Giovonni- a poet, writer, licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and certified OCD and Anxiety specialist serving residents in DC, MD, and VA. As a multicultural lesbian, I am dedicated to creating safe and affirming spaces for healing within communities of color and LGBTQ+ individuals. If you aren't experiencing anxiety or OCD, I would not be the right clinician for you. Allow me to visually paint a picture for you of what it's like to experience anxiety or OCD using a poem.
Anxiety:
There is a hum
beneath everything I do.
Restless. On edge.
My mind scanning for threats
that probably aren't there
probably.
I snap. I tense.
I lie awake
untangling the same worry
I untangled last night.
I smile fine.
I function...barely.
I am fine.
The hum disagrees.
Six months of this.
Maybe more.
The body keeps the score
even when I pretend
it doesn't.
The Loop (OCD):
Did I lock it?
I locked it.
But did I really?
The thought arrives
like a verdict
intrusive, unwanted,
wearing my voice.
So I check. I count.
I do it again
and again
until again feels safe.
It never feels safe.
Not contamination,
not the door, not the stove
it's the uncertainty
I cannot hold.
The ritual buys me
sixty seconds of quiet
before the loop
loads again.
I am not my thoughts.
But they haven't learned that yet.

Hello and WELCOME, I am so glad you are here. Taking the step to begin therapy can be scary, but you are worth it!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Virginia, but also licensed in Indiana and Minnesota. I earned my Masters of Social Work from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, KY. Throughout my career I have had the privilege of working with youth and adults in outpatient and residential settings. I have also worked in medical settings serving individuals who have various stages of kidney disease, to include post transplant and individuals who may be struggling with substance misuse issues. In all of these experiences my goal has remained the same, which is to help others improve their lives one step at a time.
Outside of the therapy space I enjoy spending time with the ones I love and creating new memories.
