Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who's passionate about working with people to help them find peace, healing, and resolution. I do not use a predetermined approach, but rather, I tailor the therapeutic experience to meet each individual's needs and treatment goals. Our goals will be centered around helping you establish coping skills in order to build your confidence to overcome life's challenges. I want to help you overcome your internal battles you thought were impossible.
The first session with me will involve discussion of your history and current daily struggles. We will also make plans for how your future can be brighter.
My approach is to meet you where you are without judgement. I aim to offer genuine understanding and support. It's important to me that you feel heard and understood. As your psychologist, I aim to empower you by helping you build confidence and self agency. I enjoy finding humor and laughing when appropriate. I encourage and welcome your feedback - I want to make sure we are on the same page, that you are growing, and you are meeting your goals.
I specialize in working with adults who struggle with symptoms of ADHD, depression, and anxiety. Managing these symptoms can be very overwhelming and frustrating, making one feel like there is no way out. Often, these symptoms negatively impact relationships, career performance, and daily functioning. We will work together to set goals that help you build healthy coping skills and reduce problematic behaviors.
