I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about working with adults to find peace, healing, and resolution in their lives. I aim to create a space for my patients to feel comfortable and safe. I do not use a predetermined approach but rather I tailor the therapeutic experience to each individual client's needs and treatment goals. If we decide to work together, our goals will include helping you build coping skills and find resolution with daily life challenges. I am here to help you be the best version of yourself.

The first session with me with involves an extensive discussion of your background, life, and daily struggles. We will also discuss the future and make plans for how the future can look brighter.

I start by meeting people where they are in their life and I try my best to provide genuine understanding and support. It is very important to me that that my patient's feel heard and understood. I always welcome and encourage feedback - I want to make sure my patient's are benefitting from therapy.
