HeIlo. My name is Tracey and I am pleased you are here. Just to share a little bit about myself. I am a wife and a mother. I have worked as a licensed clinical social worker for fifteen years. Guided by Christian values of grace, hope, and compassion, I seek to support clients in a way that honors both their emotional well-being and, when desired, their spiritual journey. I believe healing occurs through a combination of understanding, truth, and practical action, and I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we will complete a psychosocial assessment to learn more about you and your reason for seeking therapy. We will identify goals that you would like to work on in therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and a deep respect for each person's unique journey. My life experiences—both the joys and the challenges—have given me a profound understanding of resilience, growth, and the complexities of navigating life's transitions. This allows me to connect with clients in a genuine and empathetic way while creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing and self-discovery. In our work together, I meet clients where they are. At times, that means sitting quietly, listening deeply, and holding space for difficult emotions and experiences. At other times, it means offering thoughtful feedback, challenging unhelpful patterns, and encouraging clients to move toward meaningful change. I strive to balance warmth with honesty, support with accountability, and acceptance with growth, helping clients feel both understood and empowered as they work toward their goals.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I have fourteen years of experience working with military service members and I really enjoy working with this population, however I love working with all people. I am best positioned to work with individuals who are motivated to create meaningful change in their lives and are ready to actively engage in the therapeutic process. Whether they are seeking personal growth, healing, improved relationships, or greater emotional well-being, I enjoy partnering with clients who are goal-oriented and committed to moving forward. My role is to walk alongside them, providing support, encouragement, accountability, and practical tools as they work toward the life they envision for themselves.

My treatment methods

Christian Counseling

I provide faith-based counseling that integrates biblical principles with evidence-based therapeutic practices to support emotional, mental, relational, and spiritual well-being.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based method that helps individuals identify and change unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior. CBT focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and actions, empowering clients to develop healthier coping strategies, improve emotional well-being, and achieve their personal goals.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I use treatment method to help patients get unstuck. ACT is an effective treatment for patients with various challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief and trauma.
