What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During the first session I like to do a BioPsychoSocial Assessment where I take the time to delve into some of the difficulties you are having in order to know the best next step for you. We will then discuss what the best possible next steps are and plan accordingly. At the second session we will create an in depth treatment plan with achievable and measurable goals so that we can easily track your progress.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength is being able to meet people where they are. Every individual comes into therapy at a different place in their lives, some ready to tackle all the hard stuff, some not so much, and it's all ok. I will meet you where you are in your journey and we will work based on your needs and your pace.
